Can you take a motor bike over a pedestrian train crossing?

technically pushing a motorbike on a pavement/footpath is illegal, although most cops probably won't book you for it or even realise it so I would expect you would be unlucky if you were caught.
you also aren't insured either (again because pushing a motorbike on the pavement is illegal)
What law would that be?0 -

Think about it - they will be pushing the bike so it will take them longer to go over the tracks then if your driving which could lead to excessive amounts of petrol/oil on the railhead. Its a perfectly good answer IMO[/QUOTE]
DONT KEEP DIGGING A HOLE. IF THE SCOOTER LEAKED THAT MUCH OIL WHILE BEING PUSHED 20FT IT WOULD BE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY F**KED.
IF YOU POURED A GALLON OF OIL ON THE TRACK IT WOULDNT AFFECT A TRAIN WEIGHING OVER 100 TONSBe Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0
