Still haven't received the xmas edition. I emailed them on Friday and received a reply today saying i need to give my name and address on my email for them to look into it......my name and address WAS on the email....i've emailed back telling what i think of their subsciption...have to wait for their reply now

Just got my Xmas edition Annoyed slightly as I took out the trial solely with the purpose of getting the Xmas issue cheap, was told that I wouldn't get one so I went out and bought a guide last night

Thing is, items sent now will get through faster than the stuff waiting to be cleared because they aren't actually in the backlog piles.

Well that's the rumour that they'll do the backlog as and when and new mail will be the priority....I've already got two items missing presumed lost in the backlog somewhere from November and i'm waiting on recorded sent from Glasgow mid week last week...So even some of the new mail is taking time....
