I've had the same story - except that it varies, depending on who you talk to. They first of all try to blame Royal Mail, then when you push them they accept that it was actually their fault for sending them out late.

For a subscription magazine to be sent out later than it appears in the shops is pretty c**p.

I'll be cancelling. :mad:

Just to let everyone know, my Xmas edition arrived today (1 day later than expected)! And I find that the d/debit hasn't been taken (yet) either. Looking good!

Mine and a couple of other people's DD (for £1), is coming out on the 22nd.

And STILL the damned thing isn't here - good to know that they look after their regular subscribers.

I don't want the two extra issues at the end (which I've paid for anyway, because this was a double issue) - I just want the Christmas Radio Times that I paid them for delivered to my door so that I don't have to travel several miles for a replacement! It wasn't even an 8 for a £ deal - it was a normal subscription.

I received this today - I ordered on 30th - apparebntly a dat too late for the Christmas edition! I have cancelled my subscription, I will have left the country by the time the final issues are delivered!

"Thank you for your recent email regarding BBC Radio Times Magazine.

We can confirm that your subscription is currently due to start with the issue which will be with you on 24th December 2010.

I can confirm that orders for the Christmas 2010 issue needed to be placed before the 29th November 2010 as this is when the order and labels were printed.

Looks like I'll have to go out and buy one or I won't know what's on the box tomorrow!

Same here. Either they've been nicked or they're still sitting in one of Royal Mail's vast mountains of old and as yet undelivered mail. :mad:
