    Just to let you all know....WE STILL [EMAIL="HAVEN@T"]HAVEN'T[/EMAIL] RECEIVED THE XMAS ISSUE that they told me faithfully they had sent out. I did receive a letter saying the £1 direct debit will be taken today (22nd) ...just checked the bank and it hasn't been taken yet

    Same here. I'm beginning to wonder, though, how many of these were opened by postmen for something to read whilst they were sitting about (in this area at least) for a week unable to deliver mail. I say unable - I mean unwilling, of course, because every other company bar Royal Mail carried on as normal.
