Radio Times 8 issues for £1, last chance for Christmas double issue

I was receiving my trial issues fine until the last one, but the Xmas issue seems to have not arrived even though I have at least 5 weeks left on my trial Phoned them and they stated 'admin errors' and that they would continue with the next issue...after xmas...shame as I only did the trial to get the xmas double cheap lol

That's the only reason I got the trial too .

Are they planning on letting us know about this? I'm not very happy about it.

There is obviously an issue with the Christmas edition for subscribers, nobody seems to have it however I have been assured that we will receive it (see previous post). As the date they have given me is "by 18th Dec", nearly 2 weeks after publication, I suspect they didn't go out at all and they may even be having to do another print run.
Its not good, they should have advised people of this delay.

As long as your DDebit of £1 has been taken (should have been), you can cancel at any time, but ask that your subscription ends after the promotional offer. They won't just cut you off when you contact them, but after you've had the 12 issues.
Contact your bank seperately though and cancel the DDebit as well. You should have had a letter with all the details of the DDebit & dates for payment, if you haven't speak to your bank. The debit will be to "bbc holidays magazines".

Received my RT Xmas issue in this morning's post. Hopefully, they should be dropping through more letterboxes today.

At least people are receiving them now...bit more hopeful that we'll all get it eventually....i am so impatient!! Got my christmas prezzies wrapped,got the christmas treats in,just wanting to plan my christmas tv viewing now!!! :rotfl:
