My christmas issue (wales) hasnt turned up yet, have seen it in the shops tho & im soooo looking forward to seeing it (tho im sure it will be just repeats!) please post if your's turns up!!

Haven't got Xmas edition yet ... Looking forward to it though & there is a free DVD offer in there too..

Have cancelled DD but may wait to receive the Xmas issue then e-mail them to cancel subscription

It was worth it for the Xmas edition alone & I liked the recipe pullouts but didn't get to 'read' the issues as I find it so much easier to check on my bookmarked Radio Times TV guide online!!

Can I just ask, do you have to wait till the £1 comes out of your account before you can cancel because it still hasn't come out of mine yet? I've looked at the DD online and it says the amount is £0 so God knows what is going on?

Has the £1 come out of everyone else's accounts?

Not got the christmas edition and it's in all the shops.....i am very scepticl about whether we will actually get it....seems strange how it's reached all the shops but no subscribers....hmmmmm

Depends when you subscribed.

You should have had (or will be getting) a letter from them confirming the set up of your DD. It gives the date of the first collection (£1) and the date of second collection, you can cancel it anytime after the first has been taken and you must do it before the second!

Received a letter today with details of dd.

First payment of £1 is to be taken on the 22nd December then £28.60 on the 28th of Jan.

I've popped a note on my calendar in the middle of Jan to cancel the subscription.

Edit: I was expecting the Christmas edition today, next weeks arrived last Thursday so it will probably arrive tomorrow now.

Just a heads up to be careful, the last one I did it was set up to take the £1 and the 2nd payment on the same day!! A few other people I have spoken to have said the same.
