    I emailed [email]bbc@servic​ehelpline.c​o.uk[/email] with my subscription number, and asked them to confirm they would cancel at the end of the trial period (I gave them 2 weeks' notice). I also cancelled the DD with my bank - and the BBC reminded me to do the same! HTH. :)
