I have started on my goal list already :T DH applied online for a 0% BT deal and was accepted. This was really good for us as it shows his credit rating must have improved plus all our debts will be 0% now. He couldn't transfer the whole balance from his barcl4ycard but did manage the majority of it. It doesn't actually matter as this card has not been allowing us to OP so we've been putting money in a savings account in order to pay the whole lot off. so the balance that will be left on that card will get cleared through the savings account. Any money left over will go towards an OP.
Will be really nice to have the remainder of our debts on 0% so that we are not paying interest to anybody
I have also signed up for the make £10 a day thread. I'm only aiming for £5 a day though - start slowly and all that. Already started thanks to a payment from quidco for £35! :jGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
I've spent this morning making a mini school uniform for DD's favourite doll. DD told me this morning that now Sophie was 4 she needed new shoes for school (DD has a brilliant imagination). So after dropping DD off at school I found some green fabric in the spare room, moved my sewing machine back onto my craft table and made Sophie a mini uniform. I hope DD likes it when she gets home.
It may be a little tight getting it on and off for DD to do by herself so may need to adjust it a little. We'll see.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
That is so cute , bet the costume is lovely! Bet your DD will be so pleased.
Oh and I hope that baby hurries up as i am betting on tomorrow hehe.0 -
Still not had baby
obviously he's too comfy in there. I have an appointment for a sweep tomorrow though so maybe that will get him out.
DH and I finally sorted through DD's baby clothes. We know this one is a boy so all the girly clothes can go. After a memory packed weekend sorting the clothes (how small was my princess????) we have a big pile of good/hardly worn clothes to get rid of. The indoor market in the next town up has just started doing a sort of indoor car boot thing where you can sell second hand goods. It's every 3rd saturday I think so if baby hurries up I can give them a ring and hopefully get a stall there this month to sell the baby clothes.
I have also ordered a few bits this morning to make brooches which I will sell on one of the crafting sites. Not sure whether to resurrect my MISI store or open a new one on Folksy. Will have to research that a bit before decidingGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
