email sent sunday evening so money should be a bit easier in February although i will be down to SMP by then so I need to start making money to offset the drop to avoid dipping into my savings too early.

I have already started a car boot box and have heard about an indoor one not too far away. I will look into that in the new year. DH and I also sorted out all DD's baby clothes before the baby was born and have a nice pile of good quality/condition girl's baby clothes to sell.

I also have 2 boxes of stuff to put on the good old bay of e as I heard it called on another thread.

Time for a plan for the new year me thinks. Stay tuned folks

    Money

    N/W CC 1 £1500 @ 0%
    N/W CC 2 £3088.50 @ 0%

    Total £4588.50

So my original goal was to pay off all outstanding debt by the end of December this year. This is not likely to happen now baring a £4.5k miracle in the next 15 ish days. Luckily I had a back up plan. This was to pay off all debt by my birthday which happens to be a big one. This falls in April and from the 1st January I would have 101 days to pay off the debt before the big day.

Now £4588.50 in 101 days is a big ask.

If I aim for this then hopefully I will pay off a big chunk of it at least.

 just walked all the way up to the doctors in the rain for DS's 6-8 week check only to find out it was in the sister surgery in town not our usual one. not a happy bunny as couldn't get into town in time. the receptionist was nice though and told me to bring him back for baby clinic on monday at our surgery.

on the up side though I had a good walk (mostly uphill) and i think i've worked out how to use my pedometer. when i wore it to take DD to school this morning it told me I had walked 20 steps on a 50 minute journey - i don't think so! but i've moved it now on my waistband and think i've got it. slimmer me here i come ;)

Thought id pop over to your diary.

Congrats on your new little baby! Lovely weight :D My DD2 was a similar weight at 8 lb 15 oz. I had to be induced with both my daughters. DD1 was 16 days overdue and DD2 was 15 days over! Lazy kids! :D

Booo to the mix up with the doctors! But well done on a good walk :D

Good luck in your goals to pay everything off before your birthday.

Hi Orange Fairy, I thought my kids were bad - DD was 10 days over and DS was 13 days over! The threat of being induced was enough for DD but DS was too comfy in there ;). I didn't think they would let you go that far overdue?

Hey Pippi. Happy new year to you too. I definately need the walking to shift some baby weight. DH bought me a pedometer for Christmas and I only figured it out yesterday. Walked up to school and back twice already today and that was an effort with the wind. Nearly got blown over with the pram a few times. Must be normal for you though?

Thanks to the 2 trips up to school I have walked a total of 8846 steps which is well on my way to the 10k they recommend you do. Should make the 10k by bedtime. :D

I am in stunned awe of your list and everything you've achieved with two little ones! Sorry to hear about your walk to the surgery - did something similar myself this morning getting myself and DS soaked along the way!

Do you mind if I ask which pregnancy forum you find best for selling baby-related stuff?
