How lovely you and your mum having kids together. I remember my nan's next door neighbour and her daughter having babies at the same time and I thought it was lovely. My mum would die if she found out she was pregnant now  my brother was enough of a shock to her when I was 9 :rotfl:
Good thinking about eb4y. maybe i'll leave my stuff til the end of the month too. (any excuse for putting it off)
When I had DD one of the local doctors surgeries ran a breast feeding support group. I used to take DD there every week (mostly for the adult company) and would get her weighed every week. I loved seeing her grow that way. DS has been weighed 3 times in 8 weeks! once when he was born, once at 2 weeks old when the HV finally came to see him and last monday when he had to go for his jabs. I find it shocking. I love living here and wouldn't move back to Manchester if you paid me (well maybe if you paid me.....:rotfl:) but there was a lot more support in Manchester I found. Maybe it's cos DS is my second so they think I know what I'm doing but I haven't seen the support network here that there was in Manchester.

diet is going well. I weighed myself yesterday and I've lost 2lbs :j I don't actually feel ay lighter but that's 3lbs I've lost since starting the diet. works out at 1lb a week. so I should be able to lost about a stone by my birthday which would be lovely. If I can keep it up
My walking is going okay. I can easily make 5000 steps each week day as I walk DD to school. Twice a week I pick her up from the school too (the rest of the week nursery picks her up and I pick her up from nursery which is much closer) Struggling a bit on the weekend to walk though as I just end up doing housework. Maybe I could suggest to DH that we go for a walk on the weekend and DD could take her bike or something? I should ask DH to sort the wii out again so I could start doing that. I'll ask him tonight I think
In money news the lady I used to clean for before I got too pregnant to do anything asked me if I wanted to start back again. I jumped at the chance. Bit of extra money for me and they get to spend time with DS (they treat both him and DD like their own grandchildren) so win win.
I'm taking part in a survey on tuesday and will get a £10 high street voucher (I think) for the priviledge :j that will go away for Christmas presents I think. I'll decide when I know exactly what voucher it is.
Am picking DD up from school this morning so I need to decide what we are going to do this afternoon to keep her occupied. We are running low on bread so I might ask her to make some bread with me. I have also been insipred to have a go at making butter by a lovely lady over on another thread (thanks Greying) so I may do that this week. Also got veggies to make vegetable soup so today could turn into a cooking day if DS is willing to play in his bouncer or on his mat for a while.

didn't get much cooking done as a friend I haven't seen for ages txt me and asked if he could pop round. it was nice to see him.
I did sign up to super points today though. People on the make £10 a day thread seem to do really well on this so watch this spaceGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
I signed up for superp0int$ yesterday. I have added it to my daily clicks list so hopefully I will start building up my points now. I have put my referral link on the referral board too so hopefully people will sign up under that too.
I have got a few things listed on turbo lister and a lot more to go. Photos are all done so just the descriptions to do. Will wait til the end of the month though (after payday) to upload them as people should have some money then.
I'm cleaning for a friend today and got a lady coming round for a survey (£10 voucher) so that's making money. Spending money wise the surveyor came round this morning to measure for our new windows and doors. All being well they are being fitted on the 9th February. :TGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
the window company rang and asked if they could change our installation date. DH was like "no I have taken the week off work now" turns out they wanted to move it forward not put it back!!! they must be desperate for business. So it's going to be the 6th of feb now.
Been sorting boxes over the weekend. i'm doing a table top sale on Sunday so will be getting rid of some stuff then hopefully. I am quite pleased by how much sorting we have done this weekend to be honest. I can actually get in the under stair cupboard now and the dining room is almost clear
DD is in school all day today (only half day on a monday) so as soon as I got in from taking her (DS is asleep) I glossed the bannisters. I glossed the handrail before DS was born but I wrapped tinsel around it for christmas and the paint couldn't have been hard yet as it all stuck to the paint leaving red marks all over my new white handrail. At least I've repainted it now and all the spindles. All that's left now is the spindles upstairs on the landing. I've left them as I'm not sure how I can paint them properly as the one side is obviously over the stairs where I can't reach.....hmmmm....need to think about that one.
Other news. I applied for a job I seen on the internet. I wasn't really looking for a new job but I sort of stumbled across this advert and it really appealed so I applied on the offchance and I've got an interview next week. It would mean cutting my mat leave short if I get it but I'm not going to think about that until they (if they) offer me the job. We'll just have to wait and seeGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
I have updated my signature with the new debt figure after adding the cost of the windows. Makes me a bit sad as I had managed to get the debt down to £4.5k and the end was in sight.
On the upside I've cleared most of it once so I can do it again. DFD is now revised for December 2012. It CANNOT go on any longer.

5 listings done and uploaded. Finger's crossed for bidders now. I've listed them all at a low starting price as I just want them gone. I would be happy to let them go for the starting price but obviously would like them to go for moreGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

I hope you do well with your ebay sales Starnac! I listed 29 items and 26 sold!! I couldn't believe it! That never happens to me!! SO pleased to get rid of this huge box at the end of the bed!
Don't be too sad about the debt figure! Windows are a positive thing. If you have gone out and wasted thousands on clothes, shoes and meals out it may be different!Orange Fairy

Thanks Orange.
Wow your sales did well. I've got loads of watchers so I'm hoping they turn into bids by sunday. fingers crossedGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
Morning all
Lots of watchers on my eb4y items. Hopefully they'll turn into a flurry of bids by sunday.
I've just met my 1debt vs 100days challenge target of £1000 and still got until the 10th March before it finishes. So I need another target for the rest of the month.
My c/c now stands at £1190 and DH gets a bonus on monday out of which we are paying £1000 off my c/c leaving £190. This is my new target. Nice and small but hopefully doable in a month. I'm on SMP now which is dire so have to make that money out of other things as my wages aren't even worth mentioning anymore.
I have signed up to the make £10 a day in February (£5 for me though) and have made £40 already which was paid off DH's c/c. The rest of the money I make this month will go towards paying off my c/c.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
