I guess. I just tried normal cheese with apple and golden syrup in the microwave. Not good. Nu uh. Keep away from that one.

'Ordinary' cheese - I guess you mean Cheddar. I reckon it would be good with Wensleydale...;)

I've had another go at this, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. This time I've just roughly chopped the cheese:



I've also used dessert apples, as I got 6 for nothing, and I'm not a big apple eater. I really don't know if this will be any good or not.

No, this one was from 2010. I had kept it in the freezer though.

You should try that 'brown cheese' that the hairy bikers tried the other week on their new 'bakeation' programme. I've had it before and it tastes exactly like Caramac but with the texture of cheese. i personally find it revolting but if you liked sticky toffee cheese then you'll probably love it!!
