Aw Cheri, huge hugs, and for Susan's daughter.

Hope you're all well. I'm having a much better week, sat here shovelling in Maltesers one of my girls at work gave me! Love it X

Thank you sooooooooo much everybody. You are all so beautiful and that is why I love this thread. The rollercoaster just carries on over here. This week has been very surreal, I feel like I am tied into the carriage of the big one in Blackpool Pleasure beach but not actually experiencing the pleasure bits. Pania (who seems very absent from the forum these days) just posted a lovely comment on my facebook which said
but if we never experienced the valleys, the view from the peaks would never be so beautiful ;-) xx

how lovely is that? It is now my quote for the week. Might put that on my signature because it really made me smile.

Speaking of absentees has MG completely abandoned us? Hope she is ok.

    My favourite. I love this.

    Good Morning Matrix

Hasn't is warmed up? Can't believe I would be hot walking around in my jacket after all the chilly grey days we've had!!!!:)

Cheri - take care of yourself. Things resolve in time and it's always the uncertainty that is the most difficult.

Thank you for your support over my daughter's pnd. She seemed a lot better yesterday after a chat with her gp and an ecg to prove to her that she didn't have the terminal heart condition she had convinced herself she was about to expire from. She and the babe came for supper and to spend the evening as sil was working. She was less tearful and ate her supper - she hadn't had any appetite - so I think that is a very positive sign. She has some antid tabs to take and they will kick in in time. Worrying times but hopefully the worst is over now. (need a smilie for relief here!!!!)

Have a good day and enjoy the sunshine

Oh what a lovely day today. It makes such a difference getting up to a bright sunshine day with a big blue sky!!

It sounds like the page is turning for your daughter too Susan, hopefully things will stabilise now and with a bit of time things will return to normal. You're being a brilliant support to your DD.

  • Jealous - no blue skies here but ... it is a bright grey day if that makes sense.

Glad to hear your dd is getting support Sue and the anti-ds will kick in soon. The mind is a precious thing - I have had my fair share of ds having obsessive beliefs and also enacting compulsive behaviours, so I know where you are. What a fab Mum you are :T.
