Excellent news Bitsy, will be sending positive vibes along
(loving your ideas by the way)
Cherisong - glad to hear that things are getting sorted
Cheery - Hope that you can resolve this. Your new job sounds great and you are right to try and get any early niggles resolved and things in perspective to keep it great
Well you can see I am awake at daft oclock - couldn't get back to sleep after waking around three so decided to get up and mooch around. Going to Chester for the weekend today (love Chester ) so will catch up on here and then get ready super early to make the most of the weekend.
Hope it is a good one for everyone.0 -
Ooo I love Chester too. Enjoy it TDQ. Silly oclock is always a good time for catching up on here, people cant post whilst you are reading;)
Well, I am expecting a long day in work. Lots and lots to do today. I am going to plant myself at my desk by the window and try not to be distracted by the red kites. First though, as usual a walk with Moo. Not having the car has made me find lots of new places around the villages, I have explored little country lanes that I have only driven past before. This has resulted in me finding some nice little paths up the hills and I finally found one of the hill forts. Well, actually I realised that it is one of the hills that I have been walking up for over a year but never realised it was the fort. That is where I am heading today.
Thanks for all of your support. The "problem" has been sitting over our heads since we got together, this week finally saw a culmination of things bringing it to a head. It had to be dealt with once and for all and I am hoping that it is now fully resolved. This is just another one of the things that needed to be dealt with in order to be able to move forward with our plans t
o get to Austria. The flat is now on the market and the other people have dropped interest in the property that I like. Due to the legal process in Austria though I cant actually put an offer in until I have a firm offer on the flat. Things seem to be moving in the right direction so fingers crossed we keep knocking the obstacles out of the way.

Good Morning Matrix peeps. The day did not start well. I am managing to sort things out as they come up, so not going badly now.
I have TONNES to do at work and no motivation to get any of it done. I want the weekend to start NOW. And I am feeling grumpy because it isn't. Which is not really sensible, but it is the way I feel at the moment.

Easy peasy.....just remember it's FRIDAY today. It could actually be worse and be a MONDAY
Cheri - Exciting stuff putting the flat on the market. Sending you lots of positive vibes that a decent person wants to buy it who won't mess you around. Here's to an easy and stress free completion when you accept an offer
TDQ - Enjoy Chester. I confess I've been there once but can't remember much about it, we only went to the shopping bit. Really ought to head up North again sometime.
Crickett - Hugs for you.
Not much going on here today. H working a little bit late tonight and I have LOADS of stuff to list on Ebay this evening........I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Of course we can - you just got a few turns of the clock and thats it. You're home and free. Smile at everybody, dance round the office, give someone a round of applause. Who cares if everyone else thinks your bonkers. Celebrate Friday. Yay xx0 -
Happy Friday Matrixettes.. hugs and cups of tea/ glasses of fizz all round I think.
I feel shattered this week, despite only working four days, but for once I actually feel on top of work and like I've achieved something (with only a little undercurrent of 'hmm there must be something I've forgotten...). And I've had a mysterious payrise according to my payslip for Monday, which is nice!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Great news Bitsy!
Aarrgh my supervisor has moved the date of my exam panel thing even earlier. She must have forgotten the date we discussed. Silly me for not reiterating it by email.
That means I have to work all weekend to get her the first draft of my essay by end of Monday. Got a LOT of restructuring, clarifying, polishing to do. And conclusion to write. Then got Tuesday / Wednesday to make changes and it all has to be submitted Thursday / Friday.
At least it will all be over Tuesday 8th leaving the rest of the month to do important other stuff and get ready for going back to Kampala.:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0
