Sorry everyone to do this when you are all trying to bring positivity to the thread but I want to be open so that I can not be accused of being nasty to MG. I have been nothing but poilte and couteous in all my communication to MG.

I have tried via PM and on the thread to contact MG however for a reason unknown to me she has chosen to completely blank me. When I saw the post saying she was down etc I didn't want to add to that so was going to leave it but since she has come back to the thread and yet again not acknowledged me or anyone else about customer service etc and has just sidelined the whole issue I think she is being unfair.

Thank you to all those of you who have PM'd me your support as I know I am not the only one.

At the end of the day I understand MG not taking her business forward but it 'was' a business and if any other business treated me this way when I had parted with a lot of money I would complain.

So I will copy and paste my PM to MG this morning so it is open and she cannot accuse me of being nasty and no one will feel that they are being accused if the issue is brought up again:

I will take it from your silence that we are not going to get the on going support and 'extras' ie the memorising cards etc as you promised? I paid money in good faith and you have not seen through what you promised.

It would have been polite and manners for you to reply to let us know we were getting nothing more instead of just ignoring me several times by PM and on the thread.

I'm an understanding and fair person and if I had just had one reply saying for example you were too overwhelmed and could not deliver what was promised then I would have understood...but to just blank me and let me wait for what you described as 'a present on Christmas Eve' to come via email and then get nothing at all without a word of explanation or a reply to my messages is bizarre customer service.

I will bow out now, very disappointed.

Well Jack has let me bathe is leg :) so thats a good sign, although when I tried to cut the tangled matted hair around his legs, he snapped :( but did let me cut a few.

I'm going to go to the pet stop and get a muzzle so I can cut all the hairs and make him more comfortable :( He is not a nasty dog but doesn't like being messed about with cutting etc.

At the moment he his lying on one side of the setttee, and ds2 the other, plus moo moo joined in too for cuddles lol.

There are different models for different parts of the accoutns and I have to reconcile between each model and with the outside information they are inputting. That's what I will be doing for the whole of March! :D:D:D

    :D

That is so familiar, when we started course costing they said "Why not use the workload model it is much more accurate than the TRAC data?" which was great until we found that each of the 9 faculties used a different workload model. Any attempt at imposing standardisation is seen as an attack on academic freedom.

Oh well, doing everything the hard way so that it takes three times longer, keeps us in a job I suppose.

Do keep us posted on your progress, as you say it is exciting taking on something completely new. Have you booked lessons or are you just taking yourself down the pool?

Am torn between, this is nothing do do with us The Matrix and an overwhelming feeling that this needs to be dealt with. It is compromising what the Matrix stands for. This just my opinion as I know nothing other than what has been made public. But it's not good for either positivity or morale. And Keeping Motivated obviously feels that making it public will bring resolution, perhaps the best option is deal with it and move on. Its not fair that this thread is being compromised.

    Agreed.
Keeping Motivated I avoid commenting on your situation with MG as I don't feel I am in a position to do so one way or another. I confess i feel uncomfortable bypassing your posts as I do try and acknowledge the things that other posters contribute so apologies for that. It just feels like a dispute that none of us would like to get into the middle of. I hope you can get some resolution to your problem.
