Good morning
I love that song Mg, although my favourite is when a child is born.
I might put some christmas songs on while I'm trying to tackle the dining room.
matymoo, I know what you mean about grinning everytime you come into a newly decorated room, I'm the same here, I'm loving the way my house is looking nowCan't wait for the dining room to be finished
and my new cupboard up.
I haven't done much today only cleaned the kitchen floorstill sore after what was done yesterday. Got dr's today so going to see if I can get some stronger painkillers. The injection is working overall but not when I'm lugging boxes etc around lol.
I'm going to tackle the dining room once I've had another coffee and a shower.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Another one doing a headless chicken impression today! Been up hours and don't seem to be getting very far.
Been and checked that old ladies house is warm for funeral, prepared it all yesterday and must say it looks and smells lovely.
Washed bits that don't go in dishwasher, wiped surfaces and cleared table (again:eek:) I can't keep mt table clear at the best of times but at the moment - no chance.
Tidied living room - needs quick hoover.
Realized I hadn't yet washed my hair and only have an hour before I have to leave for funeral:eek:- hair now washed and just needs drying and sorting out. Thank goodness am having it cut on Friday!

Can I please have some positive vibes for my OS not sure if I have posted the details on here but it is on my diary he was walking in Cardiff and a stranger jumped on his back initially dicharged from hospital with a sprained ankle but readmitted for MRI scan which revealed ligament damage on both sides of his knee and a dropped foot. He was suposed to have his first op today but this was cancelled as his surgeon developed cardiac problems and had to be admitted himself  so he is going to a different hospital tomorrow for the op.
I really need positive vibes that his nerve is not severed which will mean another op this time in Swansea and that he is discharged by Saturday morning at the latest. Also need no snow overnight as the new hospital is up quite a steep hill. It is going to be a long job for him as he has to have another op in about a month and they reckon that it will take at least 6 months to get better and he will not be able to drive so lots of practical problems to overcome.
He is feeling really fed up which is not surprising.
So please positive vibes that things go really well tomorrow. I really need to leave Cardiff with him on Saturday or else I am going to have to make even more readjustments to stuff.

Dear DT, Sending all the vibes I can muster for you and your DS, for good outcomes, manageable timings, weather and travel conditions.
Will be sending all the above in the direction of S Wales with virtual hugs to keep you calm, warm and comforted.
I hope you've got something good to read/do to keep you distracted and t help time pass - a lot of hanging around hospitals is spent just waiting for time to pass. So some occupational therapy for you will definitely help!
