Morning
Not saying good as I have woken up with a headache from helland the dog again this morning woke me up crying cause he was scratching his ears 4 o clock this morning, then cause I locked him in the kitchen he barked for 2 hours
Think I might try taking him upstairs with me tonight (don't like pets upstairs but if it means I get sleep I will try anything).
Had a quick tidy around sorted washing from tumble and put washing in tumble, waiting for Ben to get up then I will put the hoover over.
Have got to pack and post jewellery today, the ice doesn't look too bad out now so I should be ok. I ordered jewellery boxes too and they are being dropped down to me today tooSo I am boxing and pricing jewellery most of the day.
Got some lovely snowflake xmas tree decs to sell too, A bit of a story now
4 years ago on the 7th Dec my dad passed away, That day I had a jiffy envelope through the door I thought beads as you know this time of year is busy, anyway I opened the envelope and found the most stunning snowflake xmas tree dec, a fellow beader had made for me, since that day it takes pride of place on my tree every year. Anyway I was telling the children next door about it and showed them, The little boy 5 asked can we make these so we have a special snowflake too?? So I ordered some and they each made a snowflake for their tree and made up the ones that were left for me to sell as a thankyou. Very pretty they are too. Will take va picture of some later, want to pop to the £1 shop and get a small xmas tree to display them on.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

Yuck to the headache Claire hope it goes soon.
DD and I made snowflakes on Tuesday and some round wreath like ones
I have bought a black Christmas tree from Tesco when they were half price so only £2.50 and some battery powered lights so I can use them as a display on my stall on Friday night but at the moment it is standing on my window ledge and looks lovely shame to sell them really

I wasn't going to make them cause I find the wire on them too hard to bend for my arm, only bought the stuff cause the children next door wanted a special snowflake
What else have you been making?? we need picturesBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Claire - I know this may sound bizarre, but do you breath through your mouth a lot? Or today while you have the headache, can you make an effort to only breath through your nose?
I get migraines and I have a friend who has trained in the Buteyko breathing method. It claims many things (being flippant I could say it claims to fix bad backs), but it is especially good for sinus problems and migraines.
The science is that by breathing through your nose you increase the volume of carbon dioxide in your blood. Balancing the oxygen and carbon dioxide, helps the uptake of oxygen; so instead of taking more oxygen in by hyperventilating, you should actually reduce oxygen uptake.
Anyway, I had a migraine starting and I was at work without any tablets and I remembered this. Normally I would panic, since migraines to me mean severe cluster headache and sickness and I would breath through my mouth. I got lots done as I didn't really speak on anyone, just concentrated on nose breathing. Miraculously, it went away.
I got the chance to discuss with my GP yesterday, and he agreed that charging your blood with carbon dioxide does work. It is something he learned to do as a medical student since he suffers too.
Give it a go and see if it helps

I have made some children's bracelets, some twisted bracelets, some earrings and some chunky beaded jewellery

Susan, hope all is going well with the rescue operation :grouphug:
Now what is universe trying to say to me. Tonight is the work xmas do and I haven't been able to find a babysitter. Perhaps it is telling me to save my money and dive into my text books instead. Pah"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
