Invalid!!!! Im not happy! Just had a look and its a code used in October. Grrrrrrr!!!!

    This is the email:

    Hello Kayte,

    Thank you for your email.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused with this order.

I have looked on your account and can see that we have issued you with a refund.

I have also supplied you with another £10 voucher so that you can re-order if you would like to. This is SORRYUK27101005, which expires on 22/12/10.

I hope this has helped and should you require anymore assistance then please contact me again.

    All the best,

    Elliot

If you can do anything with the code let me know. Ive sent an angry email back lol

Have you tried messaging them on the asos here to help page on facebook? They are really brilliant on there and normally have a reply to you within 15 minutes. I honestly cant fault their customer service, especially the facebook help page, the staff who work on there are fantastic.

  • I recevied both of my orders yesterday, im not too happy that all the packaging is ripped/creased/bashed up though, a little bit of bubble wrap to protect them would have been nice as i got them for my sisters xmas presents and one of the tubes in the soap and glory stuff has a big dent in it too, luckily its only for my sister so i can just tell her when she opens it that they didnt protect it at all when they sent it, she won't mind it just looks horrible when you want it for a gift you want it to look nice and presentable not like i picked it up out of a bin lol all the seals are broken on them and everything :(

I don't think its the best way of advertising their company as if i did want to buy something that they sell in the future id prob think twice knowing the state in which its going to turn up, the box i got from the courier was pretty much open when it came aswell!
  • My TIGI highness spray came without a lid! It is frustrating but as it's for me I cannot really complain for the price and I can't be doing with the hassle of sending it back to get a replacement which will probably be in the same condition but it is annoying that products are damaged when they arrived, had a couple of orders pretty much opened too.

Asos have very kindly offered to replace the damaged Jelly Belly items.:D
So that's 2 new treat sets and one lipbalm set on its way and the best bit is they said to keep these ones, that it wasn't worth returning them. :j

I think I must be the only person asked to return my items that were damaged! I ordered a nail varnish set for my sil and it was all bashed up. Wont be at the post office until next week though, shame I can't send them back with hermes. Don't dare not send them back, they might just charge me again for them! No point in keeping them, blue and other wacky colours aren't my favourite nail colours :D
    :xmastree:
  • Hermes came at 8 o clock this morning. Good thing i was running late otherwise i would of missed him! He had my jelly belly set with him - The box he gave it me in was all bashed and even had a massive rip in it,luckily the actual jelly belly set is undamaged though. The only thing there is missing from it are the little stickers that are supposed to hold in in the sleeve on the sides etc - but it still looks perfect so im not going to bother mentioning something so small to asos :)

Am slightly annoyed with my post man though! He either never turns up at all,or turns up any time between midday and 5 pm .... Today however he's decided to turn up at 8.30 am,whilst i was out on the school run,so now ive got a red card but not my other asos package :( ... No idea how im going to get it either because my local sorting office is 10 miles away :(
