They are asking items to be sent back because so many people have been jumping on the 'send me another one' bandwagon and they want to know it is a genuine claim I have been told. Rightly so, and as we paid very little towards the cost of the items I'm happy enough as most things can be repackaged. I think all of mine have arrived except the S&G hatbox which I apparantly returned the same day and have yet to receive a refund for

I know I keep going on about it but I genuinely can't believe how good Asos' customer service has been through all of this. I don't know of any other company so willing to provide Customer Service on such a good one to one level and really appreciate the fact that the same person speaks to you throughout the process so that you don't have to keep explaining the same thing over and over again! They have replaced three of my orders for me due to the S&G packaging being damaged in transit and the products leaking and were really lovely about the whole thing Complete opposite to the IWOOT CS who couldn't be less helpful if they tried!

Is anyone still waiting for items shipped on the 21st November?
Im waiting for 4 orders shipped 21st,22nd &23rd
Only one has turned up sent via hermes,the rest has gone with Royalmail.
Whats the best place to contact them? facebook? live help?
Seems the one shipped on the 21st may have gone missing & its the one i wanted most

Oh im in Bristol area if that make a difference.

yeh im still waiting for items shipped on the 21st and 22nd too, they seem to be much slower this time, if you contact them they will just say you used super style delivery it can take up to 6 working days

Royalmail on a go slow i suppose with the xmas build up 1
