just got my last 2 orders so im chuffed, the jelly belly gift set was in a parcel bag though and its completely battered, the lid doesnt even close its bent right up and the plastic cover on the inside is all dented with no sticky bits on..... cant complain at £2 but no way can i give it as a gift and had I bought this full price I would be fuming. Big thanks again to OP :j

I rang to complain that my Jelly Belly recipe set was damaged and they are sending me another one with next day delivery but want me to send the damaged one back , lol. I dont mind but everyone else seens to have been told to keep the damaged one, thought i could have kept the original one my me, lol

prob depends ho responds to you, you prob got some snotty woman who wants it for herself lol, unless maybe its a certain threshold i.e. anything under £10 damaged can be replaced without sending item back and anything over £10 they want it back

blimey that was a quick reply, i emailed about damaged box and they emailed back to say they are sending replacement that should be here tomorrow and i have to send the faulty one back. I have a label so its freepost but what do i send it back in, i have no parcel bag or anything???

Anyone else having a nightmare with Hermes? My 2 orders have been out for delivery since 23/11 now on day 4, it's getting stupid now. Anyone rang them? I think I'm going to have to.

Mine wasn't the recipe set just 2 of the treat sets. Maybe if it is over a certain amount they ask you to send them back.?
