I had one shipped on the 23rd by Royal Mail. I haven't got it yet but the expected delivery date is Monday so I won't panic just yet!

Their help forum seems to be a good place to get a prompt reply.

I received one order yesterday which was missing an item, then had a email from paypal saying they had refunded the order, so looks like i got the 2 items free, really wanted the missing item though!

Got 2 more orders just delivered, think i am waiting on one more, although i cant remember what i ordered lol

I've had 11 out of 13 orders delivered, one was cancelled and still waiting on one order

I got my niece some Joules wellies for her birthday as she's always nicking my little boys ones, they are SOOOO nice I can't wait to give her them along with her Joules hat, scarf and arm warmer set from the last glitch!!

Postie just been and my mums got 4 orders of hers and i didnt get any of mine iv had 2 already and iv just checked my bank and iv got an added £10 in there...not sure where it's come from...please not from ASOS!
