It was my little Jelly Belly treat sets that were the real mess, all the plastic was torn so no good as presents (which is what they were) one even had the bow and the cardboard tag missing completely.
They are replacing the lipbalm set too, i think at some point in its life the box resembled a pyramid but not anymore:rotfl::rotfl:

Will sit and wait eagerly then.. The lip balms were fine in my order, it was the bubbles and the recipe set that were damaged..!

Edited to say - One being replaced - The other a replacement was offered and for me to send the recipe set back, but I have declined as it would mean taking time out of work to go to the post office to send it back. Its only packaging damage so I guess I cant grumble..
