My first order with ASOS went terribly wrong! I was sent the wrong item and had to wait over a day for a response even though they have a 1 hour policy. i have just recieved my second order, two left now to come, i am waiting for cath kidston hand creams and lip balm and the other one is a cath kidston purse, anybody else received either of these? today i received a big jelly belly gift set and a small jelly belly gift set and some jelly belly lip glosses, glad i have had 2 of my orders but would love the cath kidston to arrive

I have received order 2 today. It is a soap and glory hatbox that had one item missing. They are sending me a replacement and have asked me to send the one I have back.

I lost track of all my orders - did about 10 but made up email addresses - I have had something refunded to my card but don't know how to find out what or why!! boo...my fault though!!:mad:
