I just told them how annoyed I was that they have lied to me and that I dont leave the house in the day and know my postman very well who has told me no parcels have been unable to be delivered. I think they knew they had been caught out. Shouldnt lie in the first place should they!0

I received 3/3 orders today - 2 via Hermes and 1 via RM. The kids love their Hunter wellies, can't wait for it to snow now! The boxes were a bit battered but at £6.50 a pair I'm not complaining! The House of Holland tights were in perfect condition. Thanks again OP!0

Asos have very kindly offered to replace the damaged Jelly Belly items.:D
So that's 2 new treat sets and one lipbalm set on its way and the best bit is they said to keep these ones, that it wasn't worth returning them. :j0 -
I have emailed them about one of my orders - should I email them about the other one too? (Both were damaged Jelly Belly gift sets). Will it look dodgy though, as both orders were in my name, going to my work address? So much for 'Money Saving'0

I was a bit worried about that as although they were in different names they both came to this address.
So for one of the orders i contacted them via their one hour response thing on their website and for the other i went onto Asos life and posted on their forum. I hoped doing it that way different people would read them and not link the two orders together.
I have received replies for both and both said that a replacement is on it's way.0 -

ThanksI just did both via the 1 hour response - How quick did they respond to you? The boxes did look tampered with (The little sticky things did anyway!). I didnt think to post on their forum... Oh well!

About half hour i think for the one hour reponse.
It was my little Jelly Belly treat sets that were the real mess, all the plastic was torn so no good as presents (which is what they were) one even had the bow and the cardboard tag missing completely.
They are replacing the lipbalm set too, i think at some point in its life the box resembled a pyramid but not anymore:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
