    I used my solo card. Although it wasn't on the list, i used "Switch" from the drop down list, and it said my card number was wrong.
    So chose Visa instead and it went through.

    I doubt it will work, but this has worked with other companies such as woolworths.

    My sisters in Leicester and Lancashire have just rung to say there's have arrived. My brother in Wales is still at work so he doesn't know if his has. My cousin's in Yorkshire are all on holiday so they'll have to pick them up from the sorting office.

    I tried to order one but its showing up as £169 in the checkout, so i rang up and they would'nt process the order, as the order number on the page isnt correct.

    Good luck to all those who got their order in and fingers crossed they dont start chasing for their money back:beer:

    Am off to send an email to demand they honour my order at the price shown on the website:mad:

    I shall continue to though, I am determined to see where I stand with this.

    Rebekka and topmum, I am new to this posting thing but to be mocked in my efforts to acheive a result does seem a little harsh. I can only assume that you were not lucky enough to get in on this deal in time.
    Please keep it constructive not destructive.....

    Monzini - Customer focussed world? With the call waiting times I have been subjected to? I think not, it's like one of those sci-fi movies where we are all just numbers. What about honouring the deal and admitting the mistake? I am sure those at La Redoute (and others) would be most interested in the information that you have.

    When I (eventually) get through I will insist that they honour the order for my 4 DVD recorders otherwise I will make their name mud.
