People are far too charitable. They are, in my opinion, a bunch of scamming con artists that sail close to the wind. They tried to do it to me with a TV last year on a 12 months interest free deal. I cleared the balance in 3 months, but they 'hid' the required payments for the TV separately on the statement, not adding them to the 'minimum payment required'. Very coy. Trying to communicate with them is a joke - they don't listen. In the end after months of wrangling I had to file a bleeding small claim in the County Court against them to end it. Nightmare company that are akin to scammers!

With their over inflated prices, rubbish delivery, adding extended warranties without consent, employing sweatshop home workers and dodgy invoicing I struggle to understood why I used them knowing it!

Very by name, very by nature. VERY DODGY TO DEAL WITH that is!

I may be the odd one out here but ive never had a problem with very.

I dont pay delivery charges as I have everything sent to my local collect+ store.

Everything I buy goes on BNPL. Everything outstanding on the BNPL can be seen online. You can select any single item remaining on BNPL and pay for it. As long as its paid for before the interest free period there is no further charges ;)
  • I have been a very customer for over and year and on my first bnpl purchase (2010) it clearly states that payments for these items needs to be made seperately over the phone or via the BNPL section on my internet account. Not sure if they have changed the wording recently though.
