    evening,

we have been snowed in since thursday and my internet has been playing up so i havent managed to get on here and update.
been a low spend weekend just put £25 petrol in the car so that should last till next weekend. apart from that i have bought some grapes and milk when we walked to the shops yesterday.
i have put £20 in my sacings account so i can pay that towards credit card if i dont hae much in my bank on tuesday or if i hae enough in the bank i will transfer some more into my savings so hopefully i can save around £100 without really noticing it then pay that as a lump sum off my credit card.
kids are back to school tomorrow so i will make their lunch in a min then watching xfactor then an early night for me! :D

well my friend came round earlier so i didnt get out to do food shoping so i have now ordered online total was under £40 but not sure how much exactly as i dont know if discounts are added to the total yet. still pleased i kept it under £40 though. :D

entered lots of comps and completed the surveys in my inbox so up to date there. got to check online banking in a min then clean up after dinner.

apart from the food shopping i havent spent any more money.

well i checked my online bank and i have £60.09 so once the shopping comes out i will have just over £20!!
most of my bills come out at the begining of the month so i wasnt expecting it to look very healthy!!

reserved last few bits from argos which came to £19.98 so after i pay for that i will be officially skint!! i do have an overdraft of £250 but i dont want to get in the situation where im using it all the time.

paid off £2.00 to credit card and still have £20 put aside in my savings account but im expecting asda credit card statement to come through any day and the min payment on that is about £40 so i will keep the £20 to pay towards that.

now that xmas is sorted my bank account can start to look a bit better and i will be able to put more money towards the debt, hopefully!!!! :o

  • can't help feeling like your ex wants all the good bits of life and none of the hardships..I suspect the reality of living with him will soon make his new woman get rid and when she does he'll be back on your doorstep saying he's sorry.

hi biker frenzy, i feel your right. i have heard they have been having rows and she has kicked him out a few times already!!
it to late for me and him, once a cheat always a cheat and for what he has put my kids through there is no way i could ever forgive him.
i think he thought i would crumble without him and even though it is hard and i put a brave face on most days i wont let him and his s*****r of a girlfriend bring me down anymore.

  • at risk of getting my head bitten off his girlfriend has probably been on the wrong end of his lies just the same as you have and will probably have trusted him too..i bet he will have a third woman somewhere just in case..all i'm saying is he could have spun a web of lies about you to justify being with her and when poeple are lonely they will believe anything that gets them the result they want so maybe you might not blame her so much..good on you for standing up and getting on with your life, it sounds like you are making a good job of it and he was holding you back not holding you up.

    evening,

got my asda credit card statement through today balance is now £972.65. need to pay min of £29.18 by the 20th dec so will use my £20 from my savings to go towards that.
im considering using a bit of my overdraft to knock a lump some off the hsbc credit card say £100 and then let my overdraft build back up again. if i do do that though i will do it a couple of days before xmas as i wont be spending any money then. not sure yet though

shopping got delivered so enough food in for the week which is good. going to have a shower whilst kids are with their dad then wait for coronation street to come on. :D
