We are with sons"future in laws" (only way I can describe them) for lunch and have been getting a few extras in last few monthly home deliveries also have £50 m and s vouchers for when I joined sky earlier in the year and have been getting £3 a week in tesco stamps so £150 there.I dont drink and only allow older boys to do so in supervised moderation;) they have all the usual things , sweets nuts fruit etc but dont go overboard even having saved £200 for the extras. They will prob end up being spent on other things as my older 2 will go to tesco with the savings card and my list and just include other stuff they see and fancy as well so freezer and cupboards will be chocka with their savvy spending:D

The people who don't like it are simply not used to quality , you have to educate your pallets!

Everyone choose a dish to try over the weekend and rate it.

Even though I know you can't be serious and this is just a wind-up, I have to comment. 'Educate your pallets'? Please, get an education for your spelling! And yes, you did blow your cover calling italian cake 'pancetta'!

    Fun while it lasted.

Seriously, does anyone know where the cheapest cava is available this Christmas? :)

Firstly, I do not need to educate my pallet as you put it, I worked as a chef for 10 years and know all about the sublime food tastes and personally for me it does not come from a ready meal, regardless of wether it says MnS on the lable or Iceland!!

Secondly, if you have an Iphone you can get a bar code checker app, you scan the barcode and it tells you where to buy the cheapest. If you dont, let me know I will be in Tesco on Friday again and would be happy to check for you and let you know. x
