My 12 year old son's feet just keep on growing. He is 6 feet as well. Had to buy him new football boots and they are size 13 the biggest they had in the shop. What will I do next time he needs a new pair? Also his school schoes and trainers please any advice where I can get these without breaking the bank? thank you.

My brother had this problem, his feet finally stopped growing at size 17
My mum always had to order shoes from America from him, or bring them back from holidays etc. However a lot of British shoe shops and online sites do go up as high as size 15 so you should still be able to find footwear for a while yet
Just through a quick google, Sports Direct does the next size up:

Thank you Louise. I do hope my sons feet will stop at size 15, I didn't know they even went as far as 17. Unfortunately when you get to these sizes there is not much choice in prices and I will have to pay through the nose to get them even though he is still a child.0

I can sympathise, as my ten year old has size 11 feet (adult size). He is about 5'4" tall. His dad, who is six feet tall, has size 10 feet. I'm 5'6", with size 7 feet, so neither his dad nor I are exactly tiny, but my lad's feet seem to grow every few weeks.
I worry a bit about the future and getting shoes to fit him. He has always been tall and had big feet, though.
His older sister had feet that were three inches long when she was born , but she seems to have stopped at size 8 (big for a young woman, though - she's 19 and is 5'7" tall).
I sometimes joke that we'll be the family in the paper, my son sitting with his bare feet outstretched in front of him, with me asking for help in finding a pair of shoes that are large enough to fit!0 -
Kingfisherblue thanks for your reply. my feet are only size 5 and my husband's size 10 so the same here. no genetic predisposition. Sportsdirect has trainers and boots up to size 15 so I hope we may stop at that. My son is hitting puberty now:eek: so maybe he'll stop growing soon.0

My ex had size 14 feet and used to get shoes from Brantano. They are normally on out-of-town retail parks, although I think some may have closed down recently. Hope this helps x0 -
i agree brantano and sports direct are brill for size 14 feet, mand also matalan do socks up to a size 14.
my problem with my lads is they are now a 15 and still growing, and it is increasingly hard to find any, ebay is my only hope, seen trainers in a size 21 in the pastloves to knit and crochet for others0 -

Was going to say sports direct too - my son has size 14 feet. They have loads online usually.0

I've used http://www.walktall.co.uk/ to furnish my larger than average feet. Not necessarily the cheapest, but they do have a reasonable range of larger size footware, service has always been good.0
