Livingroom now all changed about so that the christmas tree will fit in. Under all furniture hoover and whole room dusted, loads of rubbish now gone or moved back to proper places. :j

Next i think will be bathroom, need to get all beds stripped and washed as well.

Decided I really wanted to have the living-room looking less of a shambles, so have done a quick S&S:

Thursday ~ Living room, hall and stairs
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter and degrot the floors
Vacuum/mop floor[/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb[/STRIKE] very quickly and not everywhere
Wipe all the doors in the hall and stairs.. don't forget the front door
[STRIKE]Wipe the sofas[/STRIKE] and turned the seat cushions so they don't sag so much!
Level Three
[STRIKE]Check smoke alarms..
Clear and wipe the table/mantel/etc and put back only what should be there.[/STRIKE]
FILING.. [STRIKE]gather up all those piles of letters [/STRIKE]and get them into some semblence of order!
Sort coats, shoes and bags into their proper places.. are any outgrown? need binning?
Extras

1. HHI
2. Declutter and make pretty the airing cupboard/linen store
3. binbag dance
4. Posting dates for overseas chistmas mail is drawing near.. get it gone in time!!

Well, at least it's something!

Off to pick DD up from orchestra - have a happy weekend everyone (am making the Xmas puds and decanting the HM damson vodka this weekend. Naturally, I'll have to sample the alcohol ....:D)

Hi all, need to get out of bed, had terrible stomach ache last night and this morning, starting to feel a little better so will get up in a mo and do a HHC.





Lovely idea Natty, I don't send christmas cards any more so will pass on your lovely gesture but I know this part of the flylady year is very important and special to a lot of regular flyladies so thanks again for organising it.:T:kisses3:

Today I mainly have to parcel and post some ebay stuff, buy some more envelopes, collect DD2 from her school trip.....oh and sort out the house.

New bedroom...reasonable

DD2's ...pitsville

Dining room...pitsville

Kitchen....semi pitsville

other bedroom...ok as being decorated

Bathroom...so far no leaking ceiling but we need a real downpour to test the latest roofing fix to see if its worked.

If I have the time and inclination I'd also like to start christmas stocking filler shopping.

• Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be

Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
Level One
Declutter floors
Strip and wash bedding.. remake bed before you need to get in it! Air bed and duvet!
Level Two
Vacuum floor
Put away floordrobe
Tidy away the excess slap, smellies and shoes!
Level Three
Sort through a box of stuff or a cupboard/chest of drawers
Dust and Deweb
Binbag dance.. OR.. HHI..
Sort the present stash

Friday ~ Childrens/Spare/neglected rooms
Level One
Declutter and vacuum the floor
Change any sticky bedding
Spend half an hour doing somethin gjust for you because you want to or need to!
Level Two
Tidy away any toys, junk, paper or general gibble
Drag guff from under the bed and put it in its proper home.
Level Three
Dust and deweb
Straighten cupboards/drawers that have things trying to escape

Starting to make a dent. Bathroom now nice and tidy just gonna hoover the hall and clear the window sil of rubbish. Boys still tiding their room.

Wipe fronts of appliances and units!
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed
Level Three
Clean, degrease/descale and wipe tiles and taps
Wipe through oven and hob to degrot any dribbles

Sparkles list
Sort drainpipe out and either refit/repair/replace

Clear out guttering and fit gutterpillars
Get some wire netting for draincover
buy paint for kitchen and door
Sow winter salad
Tidy up the garden
Make flavoured coffee
Make biscotti
Write Christmas food list

Emergency Winter Car box - get ready to put it all in the box and in the car
