£35 cashback + £50 Sainsburys vouchers + 1000 Nectar points

Received the vouchers, no sign of the points yet though. I have given up the cashback. Will cancel the DD tomorrow, £15 for £50 of vouchers(& 1000 points) is not too bad but the cashback would have been great.
I wouldn't be giving up on the cashback, read the terms of the offer - the validation period does not start until 90 days (ie after 3rd payment). This is to stop people just taking up the offer, getting the vouchers and/or cashback then cancelling (as if they would do that. Virgin insurance have extended their validation period to 6 payments, so they are cottoning on!).
It would be interesting to know when the 3rd payment was made for those now getting the cashback / vouchers, as I paid my 3rd at the end of last month, so should be into the payment window now.
Hold your nerve people, you are in this for the long game.

I received my vouchers last week, points not yet received and this is the reply I got from Simplycashback when I asked where my cashback is.
"We have received confirmation from the merchant that
Sainsbury?s Life Insurance is on an extended 6 month validation period. We have
been asked to submit missing transactions after six months have passed.
Following this, we are submitting the untracked sales on the 30th of April. Once
we have done this, we will mail you. We understand that it is taking a long time
but we are only to wait for the merchant to process these for us. Your patience
in the meantime is highly appreciated, we will mail you on the 30th of April
after we have submitted your transaction.
Thank you for your patience in the meantime. If there is anything else, please
do let us know"
When I signed up it was stated that the cashback wouls be paid after 3 premiums which I have paid. Think this is a bit sneaky as they have moved the goalposts. Think another e-mail to simplycashback is neeeded.0 -
I had a moan to simplycrapback about them saying I had to send enquiry within month,after all there mixed replies to moneysavers,and they have replied saying if I give policy details etc Sainsburys will honour claims longer than 3 months.Done this just now also telling them it would have been nice if they had let me know this without pursuing them again..
Whoevers first for the £50 sains vouchers/points let us all know please?.My policy started 20th Nov.
Could you possible copy and paste the e-mail you received from them so I can quote it when I send another e-mail this morning. Can you remember exactly what day and time you applied. Dont worry if you cant help just asking.

Well I've been e-mailing back & forth with simplycashback after missing the deadline for a query & I've received something different again;
"We have some good news about your missing Sainsburys casback. The merchant has now agreed to process all missing transactions after a 6 month validation period. Please mail us the

Customer DOB:
Post code:
details and we will submit it for investigation by the 30th of April. Looking forward to hear from you.

Which just smacks of moving the goalposts, so I will e-mail them once again, as I've already paid my 3rd payment & cancelled the DD. No sign of any vouchers either - can someone point in the directon of where to chase these please?0 -

Received my vouchers last week and a similar email from Simplycashback as others have received.
The number I used for Sainsbury's was 0800 0137 137. You'll need your policy no etc to hand.0 -
I have recieved NO, cashback, No vouchers, and NO points. And after sending 3 e-mails trying to sort it out i tryed loggin in today and have NO simplycashback account. :mad:
I even sent a "reminder" just to check my log in details were correct, which i knew they were as i only have 1 e-mail address, and 2 passwords i ever use!
I have e-mailed them, no doubt they will say i havent signed up with them, but i still ahve the e-mails about my missing cashback!0 -
i have had my vouchers and a similar email from Simply about the 6 month period. just spoke to Legal and General about the Nextar points and they told me to call Nectar on 0844 811 0811 option 5 and they said they would investigate and get the points added within 1 month. My 3rd payment goes out on Monday so I will leave cancelling my DD for a while. They kept asking me if I bought the policy through Confused.com?0
