I received another "invite" to take part in this through the mail the other day. I rang Sainsburys and asked them whether I could take part, considering I already took a policy out in Nov. Of course they said "no", but I then got onto the subject of "where's my vouchers". I was told that they would be with me within 30 days of my 3rd payment, which was 20 Jan.0 -
My cashback still isnt in my account, after 3 e-mails, and only one reply! Gonna leave it till the tommorow, then send yet another e-mail!0

I had this reply. Which states 'we have requested them (Sainsbury's) to extent their time frame and it has been granted too.' Hope this helps someone, hopefully will get some money eventually.:T

Thank you for contacting us. The merchants has fixed a time frame in which we should report the missing transactions to chase, and hence we fix a standard time frame for our members. This may vary according to the merchant's decision. Since we have number of missing transaction from Sainsbury, we have requested them to extent their timeframe and it has been granted too.
We already have all your details of this transaction. Sainsbury validate transactions only after a 90 day validation period (90 days from the date of transaction). So, I will check for the status of your transaction at the end of this 90 day period from the date of purchase and if it is still missing, i will then forward these details to the merchant for investigation and keep you informed.
