Sounds like nobody has received the points, and so i suspect they will come after the vouchers. They should also be much easier to chase than simplycrapback who i have given up on, their email responses are always very different.0 -
Guys, I have received the cashback, but I did complain very early on about it not tracking.
Still a few months away from the points or vouchers though..

I've received my vouchers:) I've also sent them my info for chasing up the cashback (and fair play to them they kept trying. They sent me about 6 emails, I found them in my spam folder!) It will be 3 months for me from mid-Feb so hopefully the points will appear then. I'm going to keep the policy too, because it's pretty decent for that price.0

I had an email today from simply cashback, and I thought this info was worth sharing for anyone thinking of cancelling their policy. SC say they will give me updates from April onward.
'The merchant informed us a couple of days back that
they have increased the validation period to six months. This could be to
prevent fraudulent orders from those who register in our site only to get the
cashback. There have been many such orders from members who joined our site just
for the sake of the offer and later on cancelled the policy. Merchants will
decline cashback for such cases.'0 -
Had points and vouchers but no cashback yet. Started my policy on the 14th November if that helps.0

I've had the standard emailThis is regarding your missing Sainsburys Life Insurance cashback. We have received confirmation from the merchant that Sainsbury?s Life Insurance is on a six month validation period. We have also been asked to submit missing transactions after six months have passed. Following this, we are submitting the untracked sales on the 30th of April. Once we have done this, we will mail you. We understand that it is taking a long time but we are only to wait for the merchant to process these for us. Your patience in the meantime is highly appreciated, we will mail you on the 30th of April after we have submitted your transaction.
which differs from the previous oneSainsbury validate transactions only after a 90 day validation period. So, I will check for the status of your transaction at the end of this 90 day period and if it is still missing, we will then forward the details to the merchant for investigation and keep you informed
Where do they stand in legal sense in terms of changing the validation period?0 -
I too have this email, i have emailed them telling them that the change in terms and conditions is illegal and instructed payyment; surely anybody signing up prior to the 3 to six month switch should be entitled to cashback. Simplycrap back....

Thank you for your reply. We were informed by the merchant a week back that The validation period has been has increased to six months. This is because of many fraudulent orders made by members, only to get the cashback. There have been many such orders from members who joined our site just for the sake of the offer and later on cancelled the policy. Merchants will decline cashback for such cases.
