In that case, feel very proud as it is really good. I will definitely keep it in mind for future presents.0

Thanks Michelle x
So last week saw our kitche light drop slightly from the ceiling on one side. The bathroom is above it and has been on our list to do for quite a while now. I have set a target of 3k by the end of March next year to be able to get a new bathroom, as I worry about the state of the wood under the bath / ceiling etc as water leaks a little each time anyone has a shower.
There's not point OP everything when we're living in a hovel. I'm still planning to OP at least £80 per month as well.0 -

We have revised our OP plans slightly too. I still want to be mortgage free asap but not at the expense of living in a nice house. Our house has so much potential extension wise it would be a shame not to get it how we want it. I would like to be MF in 10 years but can't cope with the house the way it is for those 10 years!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
