well done on knocking a month off. I like to do it like that, I love knocking months off. Have £250 to find to knock another month off. Having looked back at what I have done this year I cant believe that I have knocked off 12 months already :j

I think I am going to attempt to do the house image and bricks for each month I have left to pay and colour them in when they go. I think I will get annoyed with getting it right though lol. or i may do it in £1ks as thats easier
    MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Pammy you've done amazingly well you should be so proud of yourself.

I'm thinking of setting myself a £10k in a year challenge. This will be off my total what I owe the world rather than overpaying it all as we have limits set on our overpaying. The ISA rate isn't far below the mortgage rate so it should work out roughly.

Common sense tells me to wait until Jan to start but I'm already doing sums in my head. We'll see

I find it so motivating knocking months off as my mortgage balance is quite big.
    June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!

£58 sent to the ISA this morning and this tips me over the next 1k which is good and what I wanted.

£218 to find to knock the nexk month off!

I have decided that I am challenging myself to take the 10k off the total balance in a year, but I am not going to add it to my sigs on here, just on a spreadsheet instead.

Just wanted to pop back in as I have realised that the total figure owed to the world is now starting with a £77k rather than £78k :j

That is a cool website. Has someone made that for you or have you done it yourself? I might pick your brains if i ever get up to speed with the starting to sell knitting.
