Me either Cath. Although for me facebook is a complete time waster, so it's probably better I don't spend so much time there.

This morning I have made a chilli which I'll take to work tonight with me for dinner, and I've also prepared a chicken pasta which I can have cold tomorrow at work. If I can stay out of the supermarket whilst at work for lunch and dinner then it'll really help.

I also found an ELC bargain this morning that I knew DD2 would love, but I stopped myself buying it at the last minute. She's love it but she doesn't need it and she wont miss it.

I think it's finally sinking in lol

As I didn't spend anything at the shop yesterday I transferred £3 to savings to compensate and I'll so the same again today and tomorrow as long as I don't spend on my meals at work.

Working week over and I only went into the supermarket today for a tin of coconut milk to finish a recipe for dinner (ignore that fact that I bought a bottle of wine whilst in there too) :rotfl:

Came home to find another competition prize. This time some posh shampoo, conditioner, a nice hair brush and some slipper socks and some liquid spray.

Socks in dd1's stocking (they're pink), shampoo, conditioner and hair brush for me and the liquid spray on Ebay. :j Happy Days.

Also got a red card from the postie with three parcels to collect tomorrow. I am waiting for a few bits and pieces so probably all stuff I have ordered and paid for, but still it's nice getting parcels.

I wrote another Dooyoo earlier so a bit of reading and rating to get done there later, and did a survey from the peeps that don't like to be named last night so £3 to come in from them in the next couple of days.

I'm trying to resist the urge to book pantomime tickets. I really want to go, but I don't think dd1 will mind if she goes or not. OH is taking her to a xmas party next weekend whilst I'm at work and she'll visit Santa there etc.

Two more competition wins arrived this morning, this time a 2011 diary, and Alan Sugar Biography, both of which I'll use which is great. I'm really spurred on to enter more competitions now.

Yesterday I received some MS money of £47.50 so chucked that straight at the credit card. Overall, almost on budget to start attacking the mortgage again in the new year (fingers crossed).

Ebay has some small bids on which is better than nothing. I am going to start clearing out my bedroom this afternoon and maybe wrap some xmas pressies. Might find more for the ebay pile.

** £20 argos gift cards arrived in the post from CP. That's going towards OH xmas pressie **

I can't believe all the comp wins you're getting! I hadn't thought about entering comps for presents etc. Great idea!

wow well done on the comps win, I get them trickling in when I do them constantly. won a few xmas pressies for kids this year but go through phases of being bothered to do them. best I have won is £200 M&S gift card for naming a new hybrid veg lol. Have £17 left on it now :) won a couple of cheques as well but only little ones and this is not doing it that seriously. I know some people do about 200-300 comps a day and win thousands of pounds worth of stuff each year.

Have totally stopped doing dooyoo but have 7k on there so might try and attempt to get to 20k for amazon.

I don't do many comps every day, but I do do a lot of twitter ones and that is where I seem to be luckier than the web ones. I had £5 in dooyoo when I went back so didn't want to waste it either lol.

Well done on your wins, comps are certainly worth doing
