I tried using my last one of the original vouchers today and it was canceled, the SA told me that theres already some vouchers used from my address and he gave me a piece of paper that was already printed out and said we have to give out these to the customers if their vouchers have been canceled.....the piece of paper is a just a letter saying :-

    Dear customer,

We are sorry that we have not been able to process your £5 voucher today. Your voucher is invalid because we believe your household has entered our £15million giveaway more then once, which breaches our terms and conditions.

If you believe your £5 voucher should be honoured, please email our customer service team at
helpme@mrm.co.uk from the email address you entered the promotion, along with your

:-15 digit voucher number found underneath the barcode on your £5 voucher

    :-Full postal address

We will investigate this further and contact you in due coarse.

    Yours sincerely,

    Customer Service Team

the voucher I was using had one voucher per transaction and one voucher per customer

I've not bothered to email them and take it up....too much hassle...I'm happy what I've got out of it.
  • in due coarse?
