I had a a fab day at Wales Rally GB
Saw some of the rallying, watched the Wales rugby match in the VIP beer tent and I got to have a spin in my ex-OH's rally car :j
I had a non OS Chinese for tea
it was yummy though!
X Factor was a disappointment, only thought One Direction and Rebecca were any good
Hope you all had a good Saturday. Night all

For anyone looking for the can-can wool, I have ordered some from a wool shop I was in today as they are expecting a shipment from Germany to be delivered on Monday. Seemingly they are getting 400kilo's - given that a ball is 200 grams thats an awful lot of scarves!!! I am now on scarf number 11, and you do get into the swing of opening up the wool as you go - now down to doing a scarf in about two and a half hours using a half ball. Have got to say out of all the colours the jade mix one is my favourite. To give me a break from the scarves i have started knitting chunky fisherman type socks and I am enjoying these too - dont know how much of a market there is as you can buy cheap socks but these are working out at £3 a pair to knit, for knee length with a turnover at the top. They are taking about twelve hours to knit, but I have never done socks before and actually found turning the heel easier than I thought it would.
happy knitting!Every days a School day!0
