I'm back to back. I've been told to sit on my birthing ball lots, and sit in the UFO position (upright, forwards and open). She shouldn't slouch or lie on her back either. Mine moves around quite a bit, so for me it's just a case of encouraging it to stay right way around. MW said that water birth can help ease pain of back to back labour

Can anyone let me know what colour my show might be? Had a definite change in my CM today. I'm starting to get paranoid about sproglet at the mo, with all the cramps I've been getting. Stay put little monster for just a couple more weeks. Please.

hngrymummy - From what I recall people on here saying your show is jelly-like and pinkish, I think? Not sure though.

It's been over 2 years but from memory TMI coming, it was a big lump of clear jelly with blood streaks in it _pale_

I never had my show til I was in full blown labour but from the g&a haze I remember it being a bit stringy and tinged with blood

Evening ladies,

Just thought I would let everyone know I was induced yesterday and gave birth to my son at 12.57 today weighing 7.6 lbs. We have named him Oliver Alan Stephen (the middles names after both our deceased dads) he is so adorable but every so lazy. I have no idea how to add a picture sorry.
