Congratulations Twoflower, what a beautiful name.

Congratulations to RBG for a good nights sleep! I am so jealous. I don't know how much longer I can carry on like this. Can't even nap through day *side eyes DD* I'm the opposite at the moment Giz, I would give my right arm to be molly coddled. OH doesn't even bat an eye lid to my oohing and ahhing now. :rotfl:

SS you didn't pass DM. Not many people do first time though, you'll do it next time!!

Teenie I am absolutely pants. My mum is going hairless with me as we have nothing (apart from a load of hand me down clothes and DD's moses basket that needs washing etc)! I went to Tesco's yesterday just to buy some basics, just in case he made an early appearance, but I was so peed off with their prices I got nothing. Their Avent microwave steriliser is £25! Most places are selling em for £10. Hate been ripped off, so told my mum I wasn't putting any money in their tills and flounced out.

OH is getting a good pay cheque next week so I am planning on just blitzing everything then. Plus the poor mite doesn't even have anywhere to store his hand me downs atm . OH and dad are partitioning our bedroom next weekend (it's large) to make another room. So not only do I have a nursery to decorate, we have to build one first! Organised or what!?

Krystal....glad you didn't 'get over' in the middle of the night and instead got some sleep lol...i hate the fact it can take so long to fall asleep sometimes which is why I end up getting up and about for a while

My word ladies I am like a wee busy bee today...have just steamed a load of hubby's shirts as the basket was filling up and he doesn't allow me to stand and iron so I can sit and steam lol am going to have to go for a lie down soon me thinks lol

EA - I think I'd divorce OH if he bought a PS3 for one game! 5 years ago and he would have done just that. He was in a lot of debt which is how I found this site. But we're nearly through all that now.

I woke up last night with a horrible pain. I'm not sure how to describe it, it's not something I've had before in this whole pregnancy. It's was almost like getting cramp in my abdomen. Is it possible that it's a BH? I'm so worried because it was so painful and I worry what real labour will be like

Got my 38 week appointment today (38 weeks today :j) so will bring it up then.

I keep crying cos I'm so scared of labour. I've been so cool about it all until the last week and now I'm just so scared. I've been so dead against an epidural but I've discussed last night with OH that if I ask for one then I mean it.

since signing up to various clubs ive been getting loads of marketing calls. Im sure i put the wrong phone number down on most of them. Ive a feeling it was right on Sainsbugs and Asda ones though. I always double check the tick boxes as they try and confuse you.

I have soooooooo much to do and getting really frustrated because I don't have the energy, plus I ache like mad. Gonner have a wander to shops soon.

Oh and toothache is back with a vengeance . My "wrigleys" DIY filling isn't cutting the mustard anymore, so getting OH to take me to emergency dentist.

Giz - sometimes when you try turn in your sleep your lower ligiments pull or get stuck and it hurts like a b****. My experience is those are worse than labour, labour is pressure and TMI but feeling like you have a dodgy tummy and really need a mega bathroom visit.

I cheat lol... I multiquote 3, then open the reply in a new window... Then multiquote more and do the same again, then just copy over... It's quicker since they added multiquote because the old way was just to right click "quote" and open in a new window then copy them all into 1 reply... Now you can just have 2 windows open instead of 6 lol...

I tried dropping off, and when it didn't happen I just went on the ipod... It was handy 'cos when I felt like I was ready to drop off I just popped it under my pillow and went to sleep... I think if I'd have gone downstairs I would have been up longer...

I also do all my ironing sitting down... Always have, always will (Oh, apart from when DD2 was first born and used to sleep for hours on my bed... I set the ironing board up in the bedroom so I could clear the backlog that had built up... Probably the last time I had an empty ironing bag... I have 2 full ones now... )
