Bargain Princess - we DTD, wasn't too bad, but has had no effect. In the words of Diana Ross "I'm still waiting".

Thanks hun. I am just so annoyed and frustrated I think I will be peeved at the NHS for a long time. But as long as I end up with a happy, healthy sproglet (hopefully as cute as joshua) I know that at the end of the day the rest doesnt matter.DS1 arrived 22/02/11! 8lb3oz

Dusty, ask your question on the facebook group, there's a few people on there that know about employment grievences
Tickle... Maybe you should spend the next 3 weeks crawling everywhere with your bum in the air lol...
Gorgeous MV
Bargain, you don't have to have the sweep... I didn't when I went over with DD2... I wouldn't this time if I went over either... My midwife keeps getting my name wrong... I can't be that intimate with someone who can't even get my name right...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I was all comfy but of course moved and that was me then......I tried for about 45 minutes to get back over then admitted defeat....on the plus side have just remembered I have a Holby City on record that I missed on Tuesday because of antenatal class so going to stick that on now and have a sob (for some reason I end up crying at every episode atm lol)
is there a spare room you can sleep in the problem seems to be not you dropping off but that your being woken up and can't get back off.Don't forget OBEM tonight :j:j I can't wait, but I'll have to watch Ch4+1 as I'm out. There is just too much TV on Mondays (silent witness, OBEM, Glee and Hells Kitchen).
Right I'm off out for the day. Will catch up tomorrow.
Oh can't wait, the ad showed one of tonights mums as a very slim pretty girl in a glam bikini having a water birth lol!dustystar02 wrote: »Oh dear, remember I told you last week that I had my Union rep send an email to my bosses about thier decision not to grant me a pay rise in line with the extra responsibilities I've taken on, well my line manager has just told me that ‘the organisation’ are raising my situation as a formal grievance following that email the union sent he also said he is personally unhappy at the wording I/the union used in the email.
Well I started crying – like a pathetic hormonal pregnant thing!
I don’t want to be labelled a trouble causer – I think I’m best to just drop the whole thing. What does a formal grievance mean anyway? will it go on my CV? Will I get a rubbish reference now if I try and get a new job? – god I don’t need this stress…!
I’m trying really hard to keep it together sat at my desk here.
To keep it really simple you raising a grievance should not have any adverse effects only if one is raised against you.
I'd send an email to your boss stating that you have felt let down by the company and turned to the union for support, and even though you didn't know about the grievance, it is the correct way for an employee to to try and get redress.
Also state you are finding the situation very stressful and don't appreciate the comments he/she been making which is causing you a great deal of anxiety.
You could word it even stronger if you wished, then print it out and keep it, also send a copy to your private home email. Making a record of things is very powerful and your boss will know that, harassing an employee in relation to a grievance they have submitted is very serious. HTHAKA: PC
