Hi - hope you feel better soon, glad you've had a good break. I use this drink and always recommend it, I felt so much better after it:

As others have said, you could try Holland and Barrett, they ship to European countries, not sure where you are exactly?

I started on a cup a day at 32 weeks, and am now 36 weeks and increasing to 2 cups. Will move up to 3 cups at 38 weeks then 4 at 39.

I almost immediately (within a couple of days) noticed a change - my movements and Braxton Hicks got much stronger and I think I passed my mucus plug last week. So it's definitely doing something!

Thanks lilian1977 I have ordered some RLT from Holland & Barrett, I am in Germany but can use BFPO address to only have to pay UK postage rates, which is good! Hope I like the stuff, and anything that will potentially help will be worth it :)
Good luck with the next few weeks, things seem to be moving along nicely for you!!! Baby cuddles soon :)
And thank you for the link for the coughs/cold remedy, will see how I am tomorrow and may send hubby out to get the ingredients we dont have!

    LOL.
Obviously with IVF i had been given a test date.
I did the test at 3am in the morning and tried to wake hubby up saying ommg its positive. At which point he went ok and went back to sleep lol.
My BFP joy was shared with the lovely people at fertilityfriends.co.uk hours before my hubby realised what had happened lol

  • Evening Lady Bumps :)

Sorry I haven't posted much today, been keeping busy in the house getting ready for the wardrobes and nursery stuff we have got coming but hubby decided to gutt the kitchen so have been helping with that as much as I could...been trying to stop myself from getting down and being tearful after the fun and games of New Years.....had a couple of things that got me quite upset and am not sure if it is just my hormones or not.....

RANT ALERT!!!! RANT ALERT!!!! RANT ALERT!!!!

Went to SILs last night for a party (it was supposed to be at my MILs but unfortunately she wasn't well. Went in and poured myself a small glass of wine and sat down to enjoy the laughs and SIL plonked a cheeseboard in front of me for everyone to dig into (except for me unfortunately as it had brie and stilton and on my favs on it but have to avoid these due to being PG). Ignored this, then she starts bringout out other treats like chips and dips. She has been aware that anything spicy has caused me sever heartburn so of course all the crisps were spicy tex mex etc and the dips were hot salsa. Again I ignored this and nibbled occasionally. Then out comes the prawn cocktail (with cooked shellfish). I take one tiny prawn and am getting yelled at for putting my baby in danger what the !!!! did I think I was doing. I had bitten my tongue until this point and told her that I could have a cooked prawn if I felt like having a cooked prawn and she promptly took my hubby out of the room and proceeded to give him a lecture on the fact she had had 3 kids and what I was doing was nothing less than reckless etc etc etc. HUbby told her to butt out that things had changed since she had had her kids (youngest is 3 lol) and came back into the party. She then came in and started banging cupboard doors and oven doors etc in a mood so I decided at that point to cut my losses and head to MILs where we were staying. Got there around 11pm quite upset at this point. Phoned my folks and wished them happy new year and texted my brother and sister to wish them HNY and promptly got a text back from my sister asking who I was so I flipped and have been quite emotional and weepy for most of the day. Sorry ladies needed to get this out. Hubby has been fantastic but I don't want to cause any arguments in his family and my sister is just a spoilt brat who I had a fight with a few weeks ago and who childishly removed me from her FB and deleted my phone number. I didn't actually think that she was still carrying this whole thing on.

Anyways rant over I think, lol...going to go and have something to eat will be back shortly

Congrats to the newly pregersies oh and yes congrats Beakatron and Tigerlee lol labour vibes to those in need xxxxx
