Congratulations on Team Pink Garnetlady :j

    I love baby girl clothes!

RE: Maternity Bras - Maybe wait until towards the end of the pregnancy and see what size? Mine have already grown twice, so I will leave it as long as I can. I think the main advantage of them is they have those little clips where you can drop the cup easily. Although DH thought the nippleless bras from Ann Summers would do the trick *rolleyes*:o
    lol

oooh it's my last full week at work :j And it's Christmas in less than a week :j

Is it bad to prod your tummy? OH keeps telling me I'm hurting the baby. I like to feel where he is though, I can't help it.

I didn't use a nursing bra, i just popped my boob out of my maternity bra lol. But matalan do them for cheap :)
You get measured at 38wks roughly and they predict your milk filled size.

Im watching Natalie Cassidy becoming mum. And i keep crying lol.

Because she had a contract with ok magazine no one was allowed to see the baby until after the mag comes out. Even family and friends

Then she is an idiot. Some things are more important than cash.

Garnet, isn't it your scan and well being check today? Hope you can still get there in the snow and hope everything's fine - don't forget to let us know and a picture would be nice ;) I'm such a [STRIKE]nosey [/STRIKE] concerned bumpy! We've got our scan tomorrow, I remember someone else has too - is it fanta? Exciting times!!

Aye, it's me! 2.10pm tomorrow. Still coughing but on the plus side it gets Bubs moving. On the downside Bubs moving is going from flutters to pains...oo, now back to flutters, there s/he goes. We are staying Team Yellow but have my suspicions it's a boy especially with another Ikea bag of girls clothes picked up from BFF today.

Sammy, I haven't had the flu jab but I'd have it with you having a breathing condition. I'm more relaxed about not having it after visiting hospital doc yesterday.

Right, back to watching top 100 toys. I wanna Chopper.

Evening everyone. Having a weird day, hormones are shocking...mood swings have been terrible. Was doing dinner earlier and went to put the roast in the oven and my back just went. I screamed out, it was like a nerve had been cut, but it eased. Then went to close the dishwasher 20 mins ago and it went again, but wouldn't fix itself and I screamed and cried it hurt so much. Oh was panicking about how he was going to get me upstairs, but I did a bit of a turn and it eased again, but now I'm having to be so careful. It's just about where the spine meets the pelvis but on the right, so lower back, any ideas? I'm back at work tomorrow after my gtt, which was postponed from 10 days ago as they'd given me the wrong date. Not sure how I'm going to manage work, looking after and playing with 175 kids :-(

Hello 2G! This is a repeat of our 20 week scan, cos Creature wouldn't let them take any measurements last time, little tinker :D I'm actually 23 weeks, so hoping we'll be able to see things and maybe find out which team we're on ;)I've got my first GTT on 24th Jan - is it as bad as I'm thinking? I'm dreading going so long without anything to eat, I'm a bit of a gannet at the minute :oGood luck for your test and scan :D

Hopefully baby will behave this time and they can get it all done! Mine has never been particularly helpful at any scan either! GTT is not really so bad - suppose I am getting the hang of it now! Had a huge tea tonight in the hope that I won't be starving in the morning - worst bit for me now is that I can't have Rennies for my indigestion! I am really lucky that the midwives that do my GTT are fab - and get on with it as quickly as possible to cut down the starvation time!
    Afternoon all.

I'm having a grumpy day too. Just feeling general annoyance at OH, even though he hasn't really done anything. In fact he's just sat on the sofa watching crap tv since he got up..maybe that's what I'm finding annoying!

MV - you are not alone! I seem to spend most of my time being very grumpy at everyone these days - DH especially gets it in the neck - but then he is the most irritating! Just as well we been married for a long time :rotfl:

Me too ;) will be most miffed if last nights dream that I had a boy comes true! Still not 100% believing the scans - but don't ever look at boys clothes.

Good luck to you tomorrow too Cutterby, Fanta and Charlie
