i wasnt really into the whole hypno thing,( im Mrs Sceptic) but the relaxation part was ace. Did it have the cd?
No CD. I honestly can't imagine listening to a CD doing it...but should I try and get hold of it? I don't know what to do. I really wanted to be listening to my own music. But if you think it'd be beneficial then I'll give the CD a go.

Even though I hate her, I still want a Mum, and if she only said sorry for all the rubbish she's put me through, I'd probably forgive her and let her back in... Knowing full well that she'll never change :o

Hubby has a similar relationship with his Mum, and he carries an awful lot of guilt about not talking to her, but any time she enters our lives it just causes us trouble... I think he's mourning her, not the person she is, but the Mum she should have been and never was...

Ladies, how are your partners managing it, have they got pre-booked time off or are their employers willing to be flexible dependent on when the LO arrives?
Last time they had my due date and just went from there... I went 9 days over and DD2 was born on a Tuesday but I went into labour on the bank holiday Monday... I think Hubby had actually started his leave the Friday before though lol...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Congratulations Pukkamum.

... that seems to be all the October mums accounted for now and the list is moving up. I don't even have to scroll down from the top to see my name now -

Giz, he was interviewed in September and hoped to start the job at the beginning of November and tell them then. Now all this fannying around has made him feel insecure. He doesn't want to say anything until he has some written confirmation that he has the job, but who knows when that will arrive now ....

GFH - I'll have to check out what statutory time off employees are allowed to care for dependents and whether that is relevant in these circumstances. I just know he won't want to create too much of a fuss while he is still on probation.
We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.

Thanks tickle, I don't normally take any notice of her comments on us, we live in a smallish village so everyone knows everyone and all their business too - and I'm forever being stopped and having her mentioned - "oh it's a shame you don't talk anymore, she misses Moo" (it's never that she misses me!) - funny that when she's told someone else that her life has never been better and she can do whatever she wants whenever she wants now she doesn't have to worry about being a Mother or Grandmother(!!!!) We desperately need to move out of the area but money etc etc...

Thanks Sammy... Should be used to it really, the only thing I could ever rely on her to do was let me down!

Krystal, you've hit the nail right on the head there - that's what I'm always trying to explain to people but can never find the right words or say them in the right order :o That's exactly how I feel - thank you for putting my jumbley-messed-upness into words :kisses3:
