lol - think I am just getting fed up being pregnant!!! I know thats a terible thing to say - considering the ladies on here who tried so hard to get pregnant in the first instance, but I feel like my life is falling apart - My DH is working away (i know he is doing it for our sakes) but this is just not how I expected to spend my first couple of months as a married couple and certainley not in the last 2 months of my pregnancy. I dont even know if he will make it home in time for the baby getting here and that really makes me sad!!! Sorry for putting a dampner on things and I know there are other people who are suffering worse than me!!!
It must be very rotten having your husband away when you are feeling terrible. My worst day in my first pregnancy was when my husband was out from early in the morning until late at night - I wouldn't like to think what it would have been like if he'd been properly away.

*whispers* I'm fed up of it too even though I'm only 5 1/2 weeks. And I do feel bad about it as when it wasn't this bad it didn't work out but I just hate feeling so sick and tired and thirsty all the time. It totally does my head in not being able to do anything as even the energetic-ness of getting dressed makes me very close to throwing up. :(

me 3 about the getting fed up....like I said before I dont mind the labour whats 6 hours compared to 9 months of discomfort lol

Anyone else being beaten up everytime they go to sleep? I cannot find comfortable postion......I cannot sleep on my back and instead want to be on one side but bump enjoys a ruddy good kicking of me everytime I find a comfy spot :( and then oh will say "stop being so restless im trying to sleep" - you try having a little footballer/boxer/dancer going crazy inside you

    Rant over
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I told OH the day I gave birth that I'd rather give birth three times in a row than be pregnant again. This time at least I was prepared for how I might be and could plan for it - first time around we decided to TTC and then bam three weeks later I was throwing up.

I didn't know until I had my first missed period and took a test when I was a week late. However, looking back I was feeling more tired than mormal just before that but didnt't put ti down to being pregnant as there were no other symptoms until the missed period.

Luckily for me I never had / got morning sickness.

70% of people have nausea and/or vomitting in pregnancy but for most people it isn't serious. The first time round I didn't know until I did the pregnancy test - I thought there was something wrong with me so was relieved when I got a positive pregnancy test to discover I didn't have some nasty illness. Now I know I start feeling sick at 6DPO when pregnant.

  • Evening bumples!! I did start reading back but have got pages and pages more and I'm so very tired so will finish those tomorrow!!

From what I remember of my super fast skim read.....

teenie, I'm sorry to hear about your uncle... xx

Ice are you feeling any better now? Hope so and hope Bubs has woken up a bit xx

    Congrats digi!! xx

(and about that point I stopped reading, sorry :o)

I know I've missed loads, my sister in law had a little girl last night, so we've been out all day today, trying to put right all the misunderstandings and fallings out from the last two years, think we've just about managed it - with most of the family at least! - even if it did take 11 hours! I'm absolutely knackered, aching like mad, haven't eaten properly all day so am feeling quite bleurgh. Moo woke up this morning with a horrible cold and complaining of earache, dosed her up on Calpol and sent her to school, she looked awful when she came out but she doesn't wanna miss tomorrow - it's the Christmas party! But she got to play most of the night with two of her cousins which took her mind off feeling ill for a while. Funny how the kids went straight off to play together despite not seeing each other for over two years, yet the adults stood round awkwardly! Oh to be a child again!

Anyway, I'm just watching The Accused on Beeb1 then off to bed, only watched the last 2 but it's quite good!

Hope everyone's ok, hugs to everyone who needs them... xxxxx
