Cutterby - I love your sig :) My horse is on loan to a riding school for their staff to use, and she is showered in love by many many little girls at the moment - she knows how to work the big brown eyes when it suits her lol.
  • Hugs cutterby. I think everyone has days when they feel their posts get blipped over on here. It really is just a case of everyone being wrapped up in their own lives/pregnancies. Don't feel silly for saying something :)

Teenie I would gladly send you some of my cupcakes. There are far too many, and another girl in the office also made me a cake, so I am caked up to the max!!

Feels a bit weird knowing work is over..a bit disorientating. Makes it all seem very real :o

Cutterby, your posts don't go un noticed. I try and thank posts but don't always feel I have anything to say in reply or I think someone else will reply with a better answer. We are all a bit vurnable.
Just to let you know I was thinking about you last week and wondering where you were as you hadn't posted in a while. So please keep posting.

Has anyone heard from Twoflower? Been thinking about her on the run up to Christmas.

I'm ravenous tonight. Had tea but now working my way through the mince pies Ds and i made today.

MV the best advise I can give you is relax as much as possible. I know everyone says it but you don't appreciate how important it is until you have a little baby in your arms. I was a wee bit bored on maternity leave but after I had DD I really wish I had chilled out (and slept) more. Things will probably be a wee bit hectic for you with crimbo but really try and enjoy it!

Absolutely, I'll try and remember - but give me a poke and remind me!

Cutterby, just dive in :D Same goes for all the other lurkers out there - we want to hear from you, even if it's just now and then. I go through phases of posting and lurking. Sometimes you have things to say, and sometimes you don't, but do post when you do :)

    Thanks Chakani x

This will be her first (she is 3) so I can imagine blubbing my eyes out (I will blame the pregnancy LOL !) That's a shame and a bit odd about your wee ones play!

Awww, I remember those days... I cried at just about every school thing but didn't have any excuse :o Pregnancy does have it's good points ;)

Thanks, I have a few lovely quotes, there's one in particular I actually want as a tattoo - I'm such a horse geek :o got my first pony at 6 and always had at least one since - the most we had at once was 5, but we had to sell them all gradually to concentrate on my old man... (Got him when I was 11 and he practically brought me up - which sounds ridiculous I know but my mum wasn't any kind of mother and he was the one constant in my life who never hurt me and loved me unconditionally) He was very old and very poorly and has been galloping in the sky for three years now - I miss him every day but he's happy and safe now and not in any pain. He visits me in my dreams every now and then so I know he's still around which is reassuring :) Not quite ready to get another one yet, if I'm honest I doubt I'll ever find another half as genuine as he was... No doubt there'll be another one at some point, there'll just never be another 'one' if you know what I mean... :)

NOW I sound like a right nutjob, quick, save me and tell me about your mare :D

    Just thought Id share.........

    DH is making tapas yummy.

Bubs has started flutters good and proper now. DH says he's been feeling him/her move for a while when he has his hand on my tummy whilst I sleep in bed. I feel like I've been missing out but glad he hasn't been. Seems to like lunchtimes (just like me).

I'm still working f/t but have to have a half hour kip when I get in to recharge myself to make it as a human til bedtime.

    :D

    :D

There's only me can feel Creature moving, despite Moo and hubs's best efforts at pressing, rubbing, squeezing and holding my tummy! Kinda feel a bit bad really, cos they both desperately want to feel something :o But hubs said something incredibly sweet the other day, I said sorry that he couldn't feel anything and he said "well, you did get all the sickness and heartburn and aches and rubbish stuff so it's only right you get the good stuff all to yourself for a while too" - awwwwwww :grinheart

    Enjoy your tapas :D x
