Love the picture lilian.
Well, my OH and I have been waiting for 50 mins at the ECV clinic with no sign yet that we'll be seen anytime soon. However did bump into the OH of a close friend who has just given birth. Sounds like a nightmare - 40 hr labour, syntocin drip, ventouse AND forceps. But the baby is well and latching on so they are delighted!0 -
Hey chic, don't know if you remember me - we were on TTC together what feels like a milion years ago! Anywho I've been a-lurking waiting for news on you & bubs and just wanted to say a HUGE congrats to you and your OH on the arrival of Charlotte. You waited such a long time to get your babe and I'm delighted all is now well (although sorry you had a rough time, eek at nicked bladder!).
Your little lady is beautiful - my Ryan says would she consider a 7 month old for a boyfriend!?1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

I'm thinking of getting the Maxi Cosi Pebble car seat for use with the M+P Zoom which apparently, according to the M+P website we can do.
I will use it with the Family Fix base and then convert to the Pearl when bubs is older........anyone already have a Maxi CosI?
I was just going to get teh Aton with the base there for for an extra £20 I can get the Maxi Cosi and not have to get a new base for the next stage.0 -
Thanks for the replies! I will definitely keep going and see how it goes..
GFH - not sure if it's the instructor or me (prob a combination), but I think he's worth sticking with. He's very committed and quite strict - today he really went to town on asking me about every blimmin road sign/road user/possible danger/possible situation for the whole 2 hours. I felt like I needed eyes in the back of my head and then some. If I can end up driving as he expects, I think I'll be pretty good...
Lillian, I've no idea who this guy is, but he looks awful! (Sorry!.... btw, is he old enough for that stubble?)
Your other lady-sliced-in-half pic is great though! I think the bladder has actually disappeared!0 -

. It is the arrogance i'm attracted to which is why I have a list of powerful older men who I want to be a mistress to, simon cowell, Gordon Ramsay, Barack Obama - yes I have weird taste in men :rotfl:
Me and Fairyshazza have both gone for the M+P Zoom.

Reduced to £295 at the mo, with the Aton it's £425. I was dead against 3 wheelers but this won me round, plus it fits into my teeny tiny Corsa boot with the carrycot. And you can use the footmuffs from the Sola range to jazz it up.
does anyone else get freaked out by seeing how awkward the baby's position look in this, I imagine them all stretched out in there.
I have a John Barrowman crush...But he's yum.
I quite like the look of the Sola... At 13 weeks you can tell how impatient I am that I've already thought about it. :rotfl: But I'd like to be organised for any after Christmas sale bargains.
And yes, seeing it like that is kinda freaky, poor squashed babies!LilacPixie wrote: »don't know TBH my dad walked to fintry at 11am :rotfl:
From where? Cause I'm thinking about where you are and where Fintry is...
Oh and Dusty I found the list you posted before, thanks, it was a help. Mummy to an amazing little girl0 -

dusty I have a maxi cosi, very pleased but the sun hood came unattached from the main body of the seat very early on and without being abused, so keep your receipt and don't be afraid so ask for a replacement. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

I will winI like that most people don't find him attractive - more for me
I feel sorry for poor baby as well, when I saw my friend's newborn the other day she was still all crushed up like that - it must take them a while to stretch out again.
Just bought a heated underblanket from Tesco as it's freezing in our bed when we get in - OH was moaning about it last night. As it's his birthday tomorrow I was thinking about putting it on the bed and turning it on before we go upstairs to bed - is it mean to tell him there will be an early birthday present waiting in bed for him and for it to not be nookie?TBH I think he'd prefer the underblanket anyway!

Yep, he's amazing - he was my desktop wallpaper until last week when the Chuck Bass fetish took over again. I really want to make a start on series 2 but I know I'll be so bored on mat leave that I'm saving it!My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
