Go on Sammy, tell me something about me............not that Ive posted an awful lot but lets see if you can remember something :D

Oh go on then. What always makes me laugh is your user name - but your bubs is actually DueMarch5 :rotfl:

Your DD's childminder is a PITA as she's winding down before mat leave and spending time on FB when she's supposed to be working. You started making up nappy cakes - babycakes is it? Oh, and you got cross that your question mark was black and not yellow :rotfl:

Ok, I'm creeping myself out now :rotfl:

Wow I could never retain info like that!:rotfl::rotfl: Very good, although it's poo I test - much nicer:rotfl:

Ha! I used to work with someone whose previous job was in a fertility clinic.

She was most amusing on the topic of the "magazines" though I guess it wouldn't be funny if you were ttc for ages.

  • Well it's my first day off on maternity leave and I am now regretting leaving Friday past and not this Friday! I am so bored :( Me and OH moved the living room about- to keep the moses basket away from the window and for room for the xmas tree, and the house is basically tidy just to keep on top of things. I have a letter to be signed for at the PO depot but i doubt i'll get my car up the drive so that can wait until tomorrow, maybe Wednesday. Had arranged for my baby shower to be held on Friday but my sister cant get off work so I've had to change it to Sunday instead.

On the pregnancy front i am fed up and bored ( did i mention that) I am in pain throughout the night everytime i move, i wake up plus i'm constantly at the toilet- that was my main reason for leaving work a week early as i wasnt getting much sleep, then shattered during the day!

The nursery is done and my bags are packed... just need an appearance to be made but I'll only be 37 weeks on Weds! :(

I'm just feeling sorry for myself, but just wish for this all to be over (as i'm sure we all do)

Labour vibes to all who need them and cuddles to anyone needing them also

Hi there, im feeling exactly the same. Finished Friday just gone. Wishing i had hung out for another week. Will be 37 weeks this fridAY.

There is loads i could be doing round the house but really cant be bothered at the moment.

Really hoping baby makes and earky apperance but as everyone keeps telling me 'he'll come when he is ready' grrrrrr

I know something about you DueMarch... Are you as worried about the snow stopping play as I am? lol...

And my tuppence worth on the whole missing posts thing, it happens... We can't reply to every post... Popping on sporadically and giving a brief update on yourself without engaging other posters in conversation or acknowledging others posts is more than likely not going to get much of a response... If someone thanks a post then it is acknowledged, it shouldn't really need any more than that... And coming on and accusing people of not caring is unfair, especially when this thread has shown over and over again that we DO care, about each and every poster...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Blimey you creeping me out, I didnt think Id posted anything worth remembering!! Woo go you though lol

Suppose Id best do an update while Im here, erm, not a lot! Lol, we had a bit of snow here on Sat so took DD sledging, not sure how keen she was on it though. Didnt do !!!!!! all yesterday, was far too cold and dd had come down with a really chesty cough and cold poor lamb, I swear I wrapped her up well on Sat!

Had a driving lesson this afternoon, all looking good for test next week, if I can keep the nerves under control, hmm. Although saying that it could still get cancelled if the weather is bad. We're on a weather warning tonight and have snow forecast for the rest of the week so we'll see what happens.

Anyone else round Derby way? Should have made the most of Fuzz while she was around lol

    Hope everyone else ok! xxxxxxxx

Also, how do you protect your bed in case of waters going in the night?

I used these under the sheet http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Maternity-mats-5-pack_924022/ I didn't find them crinkly, I kept one in the golvebox too as DH would have had me walk rather than leak on his leather seats
