I've just been trying to catch up. I'll do my best to remember things.

Rockerbikergirl, sorry to hear you have another kidney infection.hope you start to feel better soon.

Hugs welshlassie, sorry you feel you were overlooked,I did read your post but I read it in bed so was to tired to post, sorry. We def. Want to hear how your getting on.

Teenie (bump buddy) I'm having similar worries over babies movements, I've felt the bubbles then proper flip flops really early. But now at 18+4 I only feel one or 2 movements through the day. I think it's because I've been busier I've not noticed. Im happy there's still some movement though. Go to the MW though to put your mind at rest.

Ice, looking forward to seeing your scan pic.

    Sorry I've missed loads.

Well that's everything packed. The movers will be here first thing and are going to attempt to get to Aberdeen. Luckily they are not unloading until Wed so we are staying at OH's flat tomorrow.
I just hope the snow stops long enough for us to get there.

I might be MIA for a few days. Sending positive vibes and huggles for all those need them.

Oh Rockin I feel for you - it may help you to put in a complaint, also may prevent others being treated like this x

I had a doctor tell me off for going to him when my MW told me over the phone to go to request an early scan when I was bleeding!! He made me beal my eyes out and my DS was with me giving me cuddles. He asked why I thought that a scan would be treatment - which of course I didn't (must look thick?!!!) and eventually caved in and phoned to book me in. I could have spat I was that angry at him for making me cry in front of my little boy, but I calmed down and when I spoke to my husband about it that evening he took control and said that I was never to go to that doc again and we promptly changed surgeries, which I have never done before! I thought about complaining, but I doubted it would do anything so we just voted with our feet so to speak.

Hope that you feel better about it soon - the worry coupled with unprofessional comments and treatment like that is unfair. I am not sure if PALS could do anything? Hugs sweetie x x x

Thanks Dipsy Am feeling a bit better about it now and I think some of it may have been my own fault as I didn't speak up and ask the right questions but as I said to hubby they didn't even ask why I was there 3 weeks early on the wrong team :S I think I will speak to my team leader when I am up for my appt on 15th December. Normally I am so outspoken but I have just turned into a blubbering idiot during this pregnancy lol

Princess Coupon - isn't your hubby being a bit precious, leather seats should be quite easy to wipe down. Its my new fluffy electric blanket I'm concerned about. And don't speak too soon about your bladder control, once baby's head is down you'll feel a lot more pressure. I only average one get-up during the night, but whenever I get up from sitting during the day, I feel a strong urge to go but barely get a dribble out.

Hey there RBG! Glad to hear its not pre eclampsia! But I would definitely complain. Us preggers ones tend to be highlystrung/emotional and they should be used to that. I have already put in a complaint about one of the conultants I have seen this pregnancy as I DO NOT want him near me at the birth, to the point that I will refuse treatment from him (plus if in pain I will just be 100% rude to his face and I dont want that as I can swear like a sailor :o) To be honest they get paid to deal with hormal fatties we dont get paid to deal with ignorant arogant medical types!

    Rant over :D

  • I took my test in central London in rush hour, other than the manouvers I spent the rest of the test in a traffic jam :rotfl:
Lol, I asked my instructor the other day what would happen if I got stuck in traffic... She said my test would just take longer...:rotfl:

I have a peeing tip, while we're on the subject... Once you've peed, lean forward, then lean back... It makes sure your bladder is completely empty and you don't get that embarrasing after pee dribble when you stand up...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
