My midwife and consultant told me that you can drink rasberry leaf tea (health food shop) and that will help, you are not supposed to drink it too early in pregnancy as can induce premature labour! I didnt need it in the end!Northern bird on the loose!

Hee hee! I'm still in my jammies too. Have not done any jobs but might get my backside into gear shortly. OH is out getting ingredients for a gorgeous dinner. This is the last weekend we will have with just him and I for a long while. Next weekend my step sons are here and then it's baby week!! Yikes!0
