Lovely pic Dusty. I love seeing a side profile. Is it easy not to look for the sex at these scans? I'm sticking to Team Yellow even after our 3d at 26 weeks.
All I see in my tummy is my heart beat.
Nanight from me!0 -
<<humph> no one cared about my bump just busy laughing at my spots/ scars still.
oh another note Joseph was pretty good tho it took Keith Jack (the any dream will do runner up) a whole act to wake up he was a real let down in the first half - had no power behind his voice at all.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
Mixed scan for me today good news is she finished the bits off from the 20 weeks scan they couldn't see before and all is okay so they could cancel my Thursday scan, she also froze the screen on his bits and it is definately a boy!
Bad news was the blood flow is not as good as it should be between me and baby so she's booked me in for another scan in 13 days to check it again. I'm not extremely worried (just fairly) as she explained they'll just monitor it carefully and if it gets bad I'll get induced early. I figure something similar happened with DD which is why she was so small and we made it to 42 weeks undiagnosed and undamaged. So fingers crossed it doesn't get worse anytime soon and he can stay in till at least 35 weeks.

Thanks ladies
I started feeling little oddments last week, but they are getting a bit stronger now, so was thinking it must be the baby :rotfl: and not wind :rotfl:I am not expecting to feel kicks yet, as it is still pretty early for that. The internal twitches are pretty intense at times though.
I'm pleased I am finally getting a proper baby bump, rather than just looking bloated! I am quite slim naturally, and all family and friends say "you'd never guess you were pregnant'. But they just see me in hoodies or cardies etc, naked tum is really obvious. Will be displaying my bump as and when I can now
I would like to stay team yellow, but the curiosity is too much! If we can find out, we will. Then we can buy blue or pink, and start seriously discussing names. It's going to be very difficult to choose one we like, so narrowing the sex down makes it easier.
Best read back a few pages tomorrow I think :cool:0 -

Evening ladies, busy day so just catching up. Glad all you 20 week gals have had positive scans, that all seems so long ago to me!
Good labour vibes to those scheduled to be birthing over the next couple of days.
Chakani, it must be devastating to hear such bad news about your purchase at such a late stage, especially when you had in mind being all settled in time for your new arrival.
We had our first antenatal class tonight with a tour of the delivery suites, post-natal wards etc, it was deathly quiet and seemed very empty, not what I expected at all. All you hear from the media, is rooms backed up and women birthing in corridors. Maybe its because you only ever hear the negative/bad news stories about maternity services in this country. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
Hi :j
Just popping in to say, Baby Ethan was born on Sunday 14th Nov, weighing 6lbs 15oz.
Was kept in hospital for a week due to baby being bit poorly but soooo glad to be home now. Hospital week was very very surreal and traumatic for mummy more than baby.:(
Congrats to all those new arrivals, I haven't been able to read back as there's been 52 pages on here since I went into labour... wow.0
